Located on the second level, the living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining spaces. Relax on a plush sofa with additional armchair seating, centered arounda fireplace and flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open to a spacious front balcony. Enjoy casual coastal dining at the corner breakfast bar with seating for five.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: One space in the garage. Small to mid-sized vehicles only. General neighborhood street parking (metered or unmetered) is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

    Overall, the property was very comfortable for me. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable & the house is very clean. A short walk across the street and one block to the beach. Very close to the best grocery store in the area. Management company is very professional and easy to reach. Great communication.
