The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The 2 bicycles are only available if requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival because the Guest Contact has to arrange taking them out of the garage and ensuring they are pumped

    We were visiting family in the area and had a nice stay. The property was new, clean and spacious. Great location close to everything we needed, including fish markets and a great produce stand. Pool was smaller than it seemed on the pictures but it was fine as the back area was lovely. Really the only complaint is that the home is close to the train tracks with the passenger and freight train coming fairly often day and night. That said, over time, the train was not such a bother. Overall, a good stay and we hope to return.

    Good location, clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental. We were in town to visit family and this was a very convenient location. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Pool looked nice but it was a bit too cool to use in December. Aptly named as we saw manatees daily.

    This property is beautiful. Brand new and very warmly decorated. Very clean with great attention to detail. It is very peaceful and within a very safe area/neighborhood. We felt great peace while here. Wish our stay could’ve been longer. Highly recommended.

    We enjoyed our stay at Chez Manatay. Once we figured out how to get in (totally my fault for not fully reading the instructions) it all went smoothly. Breakfast was the only meal we had there but we appreciated the coffee pods and the carafe. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us. This home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

    Your listing is incorrect. There are NOT two king beds. There was a king, two twins and a day bed. NOT A SECOND KING. TV access stunk. Otherwise, fine.
