Everything was great. So close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The house includes everything you need for a stay. Wish we had more time to stay there.

The host and 23 Cambria were both NEVER a disappointment. Fully equipped with everything one would need for a perfect time. Host was always quick with a kind response. Hope to be back !! AND oh so clean!!

Amazing property located in the best part of Clearwater beach. Quiet street with quick access to beach, town, and restaurants. The best part of the property is a front lawn with fake grass, tables and lounge chairs that allows you to relax before the beach and after the beach. Sunsets are incredible and the beach is very large. Coffee and creamers were a nice touch as well as a full kitchen. TVs do not have cable and only offer streaming apps so be prepared to watch sports and local channels on your own devices. Adding a cable service would make the property even better for us sports enthusiasts. House was bigger than we expected with nuce size bedrooms and a comfortable day bed. It will be hard to stay in a hotel in Clearwater after this experience.

There was an initial hiccup when we first arrived but the owner went above and beyond to make it right and we very much appreciated that. Location was perfect! Near the shops and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Steps from a gorgeous beach to watch the amazing sunsets.

We had a wonderful time. Three people over 70 and one 37 year old. Beach is gorgeous and the cottage was perfect. Loved it.

Our weekend getaway was fabulous! The cottage is stunning with a spectacular view. The distance/walk to the beach is only four houses down. The communication was exceptional.

What’s better than a cozy cottage within walking distance to the beach as well as multiple restaurants. :)

Excellent location and comfortable home. Steps from the beach at a quieter part. Only recommendation would be having coffee filters and starter coffee. Would sure stay here again!

Cute and clean bungalow. We unfortunate didn’t have our friends with us due to a fall by one of them but we enjoyed our stay. Weather did not cooperate but we were able to take a couple of walks on the very clean beach The ad for bungalow said 40 paces from beach but far more but close enough

Nice cottage with everything you may need. Very clean. Mary was super helpful when TV remote didn't work. Very nice short walk to beach. Beach to south was best because more private beach and not so crowded. Found lots of nice shells and sand dollars. Would stay here again and recommend.

My wife and I booked this property the first of the year. Our main question we had was did it get any hurricane damage. They response was no. Upon arrival, in the pouring rain, we were given a code from owner that did not work.After the manager got us in it had a incredible musty smell. It was dirty so my wife cleaned it including washing the sheets because they were full of sand. The amenities are incorrect and need to be updated. We only got 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom for a 6 day stay.Unfortunately, it was the worst experience we have had in renti g throogh VRBO. The kitchen was new and nice but the front and side door was so old and warped they could have been kicked in. It also advertised free smart tv channels. This was true in the living room but you had to pay in the bedroom. This whole place needed renovations for the price that was charged. I could go on and on. So sad it rained and we were stuck in this old place for days. The manager Mary was wonderful but we strong do not recommend this place until it is updated including a health dept. Paper saying it isnt full of mold. We love Clearwater but will not return for awhile due to our experience. We give this cottage no more than 1 star and that is for the great manager Mary.

Great place. Close to beach. No issues whatsoever.

My family and I arrived on Friday after spending a week in Orlando and I must say…. It was exactly what we needed! Very clean, spacious home that we could easily relax in. The beach is literally a 20 second walk and that part of the beach is calm and relaxing without people sitting on top of you. My son and I played baseball on the beach with plenty of room to spare. They also provide all the amenities you need to relax at the beach. No need to bring your own! This place is a must stay. The ease of checking in and out was great. There’s a couple ceiling fans that need balancing and the driveway needs to be cut back so you can get in and out of your car but those things were just not all that important in the end. If you want somewhere to really relax and enjoy your time, this is the place.

Excellent place .and very clean

The house is great and has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved having a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The close proximity to the beach was the best part for us. We were also able to walk to some shops and restaurants but were far enough away from the center of town to feel like we had some privacy and quiet. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and if we return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again!

Walt’s place was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, yet tucked away from the crowds. The house was clean and stocked with all the beach gear you’d need for a fun day in the sun.If you’re planning to cook, be sure to bring or pick up your own seasonings, as none were provided. That said, the rest of the amenities more than made up for it!

Everything was great. The listing says a hot tub is on the property, we never found it.

We arrived early and was able to check-in with no problems. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and adorable! We loved sitting in the little fenced front yard in the evenings. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. Everything was well within walking distance for us, including the beach. We had a lovely trip and can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. All the amenities needed for the beach were provided. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and had everything we needed. We would definitely book another stay here in the future!!

The cottage was a perfect location for the short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and toys were a great addition for out of state travelers. Mary was super responsive when we had questions during our stay. Overall, 10 out of 10. The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Walt!

The cottage is just as described except it was more than described as to location. Host exceeded expectation with cleanliness and starter supplies. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room watching movies and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Worth every penny. We will definitely use again if we return to the area.

Perfection

A great place to stay to enjoy the famous Clearwater Beach. The beach area just steps from the cottage is lovely and very close to all central amenities. Clean, tidy, well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids etc. host great to deal with and responds promptly. Would love to return after the area recovers from the recent hurricanes, which I'm sure won't be long, to see it in it's true glory again.

Hurricane came through before our stay. Walter was great about keeping us informed on everything that was happening. Thanks so much!

I can't emphasize the quality of this property. You can't get a better spot near the beach. It's away from the insanity of the high rises and pier, but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. If you head North on the beach, you'll find endless shells, wildlife and quiet stretches of sand for you. The house was clean, quaint, and comfortable. I'd stay again without hesitation. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The location was close to beach & within walking distance on the beach to Pier 60 & restaurants/shopping. The house had everything we needed & the front lounge chairs & table was a plus! It was nice having beach chairs & cooler available to take to the beach. Would definite stay at this cottage again!

Cottage was cute and comfortable, but the water pressure in the showers was just over a trickle.

It feels like the Landlord treats the property as if it were for his own family. Everything is so well thought-through and arranged for enjoying every minute of being there. All this is supported with a winning location - hardly 300-360 steps from the waves! Due to strict home rules the neighborhood is peaceful and NOT noisy. Coming back for another vacation seems very probable :) .

Wonderful stay at this accommodation. The beach house was as described, clean and stocked with the essentials. Perfect location in north beach with easy access to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to Palm Pavilion and Frenchys. We really enjoyed to the front patio and the overall layout of the house. Would recommend.
