Stayed Oct 29, 2021The home was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was walking distance. Joe was awesome and had everything you would need in the home. It was just beautiful!!! I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 27, 2020We had a great stay! Joe was very communicative with us and so accommodating. The beach really is steps away from this cute and cozy place. The beach is beautiful the sand is so white and soft, the ocean is very clear. We saw manatees, stingray (maybe it was a skate) and dolphins! Overall a great stay and would definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks Joe!!

Stayed Oct 6, 2025I cannot fault the location , especially if you have a dog, the beach is ideal. The house was clean and had everything you could ever need. Communication with Joe was excellent.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This place was perfect for my wife and I and our two dogs. The area is very beautiful and everything was within walking distance. We were able to walk to the beach very easily. The place had a water hose outside to clean the sand off and also a nice screened in porch to relax on each day for a bit. There was plenty of room for our stay and the owner, Joe, was very helpful with suggestions and assistance at the place whenever we needed him. He also provided chairs, umbrella, and cart for the beach which saved us a ton of packing. We will definitely stay at Joe's place again next time we visit Clearwater.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025My family had a wonderful time house was very clean. House is only a few houses from being on the beach and several restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk. Check in and check out was super easy as Joe is a terrific host. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025The property was right next to the beach. The owner had all the beach amenities you could ask for! He had everything you needed in the kitchen to make whatever you needed. It was a relaxing trip. All we had to do was get groceries and everything else was in the house. The house was very clean and it all felt comfortable.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Joseph was a great communcator and the house was clean. Right off the beach made it easy with kids. Outside of town so it was quiet but only about a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Stayed May 25, 2024Joe is a true gentleman. He communicated with us as soon as we booked it. He checked in everyday to make sure everything was pleasant. The property…location, location, location. It is a minute walking from the beach. It has all of the beach gears and equipment that you need…cart, umbrella, chairs, towels, sand toys, etc. The house is really clean and cozy. It has three big flat screen tvs. Confortable furnitures. All of you need at the kitchen to cook. It is located 6-7 minutes walking distance from Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill and Bar and Frenchies Rock way Grill. Also, 2 minutes from Alba Pizza . Great place to stay to enjoy the Clear Water Beach with friends and family. We love the sunset there! We are looking forward to book again…5/5!
