Clearwater Beach 4BR, 4BA with Rooftop, Pool, Gameroom, Elevator. Park and walk!

Great place

This property fit our family perfectly. My husband is facing back surgery soon, so the elevator was a great help. The bicycles were really a big plus since my teenage grandsons put them to good use. The kitchen had all the utensils and pans, so we were able to make breakfast and lunch there. We all 8 had our own space and enjoyed playing games together at night. Thank you for a wonderful time. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed playing volleyball and passing football. We even managed to play a game of putt putt golf one evening.

What a great place to stay in Clearwater, Florida. Close enough to the beach, just a short walk, but in a quite waterfront area great for spending quality time with family. The accommodations were awesome, the additional extras for guest is a big plus. They have a rolling cooler, bikes, beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The Kitchen Area has what you need and the dining area in the open concept room with the sliders to the balcony is great for having everyone together. The bedrooms are big and provide the ability for alone time when individuals need to unwind. While we did find an item that needed to be addressed, reaching out to the owner was easy and quick to address the issue. Exactly what you would want to have happen when you are on vacation. 5 stars to the location, accommodations and the host.

A nice place - the host worked with us on a few small issues we encountered, with quick responses and resolutions. Great stay, great time!

Had a wonderful time with family at this place! Close enough to walk to beach and restaurants for most of our party. Elevators very handy for suitcases and for my elderly family members who have a hard time going up and down stairs. Loved that we had plenty of beach towels and chairs since we flew. Would love to stay here again!

Wow, we've been to Clearwater multiple times. This was amazing. The cleanliness was great stuff. They had there for the beach the pool. Everything was amazing. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks for an accurate description of your place. Top-notch.

We loved how spacious this was for our large family. It is walking distance to the beach and various stores, ice cream, and Starbucks. Only a mile or so from the downtown strip. All of the extra touches like cooler, pool toys, beach chairs, plus not having to deal with the bedding at the end, was nice. It was very clean, well laid out for Kroger groups to have space, and if you don’t want to do the stairs you can use the elevator. We would highly recommend this property.

We had such a good time staying here. We had two families (9 people) and it did not feel crowded, there was so much space. The property is lovely and modern and we would 100% come back here again. Communication with Ken and Ellen was the best I have had from a host and could not fault them for anything.

We loved the vrbo. It was clean, close to beach and a few attractions, and had lots of fun stuff for the kids. Our only recommendation is to update the couch in living room as it was very uncomfortable and we kept falling into the large gaps. Overall, it was wonderful and we would stay again.

Fantastic location! Quiet neighborhood but a 5-10 minute walk to Pier 60. Fished every day off the dock. Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway.

The house was exactly as described. We had a fabulous time. Easy walk to the beach, and the pool was always refreshing. Any issues we had, Ken was there to get it done. Loved our trip!
