Such a awesome space and area of the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk out a few steps and hang on the beach. First couple of days were chilly but we were able to eventually get a beach day in. Seen some dolphins cruise by right in front of the condo! Must check out the main strip and Pier 60. The area was bussling! Thanks to our gracious and helpful hosts.

Beach view was not obstructed. Balcony view was amazing.

The property is right on the beach with no obstructions walking to the water or viewing the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We walked along the beach to two different restaurants for dinner. Communication with the host was seamless, as was the check-in process. This property is the best value, by far, for direct beach access when you need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-kept.

We had the best time at this amazing property. Perfect beachfront location with spectacular ocean views from the covered balcony. The condo has everything you need, to include beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Not only were we steps away from the beach, but we were able to walk to restaurants/bars, shops, the Pier and more. We'll definitely be back next year.

Vacation stay was lovely. Condo is nice. Location is a bit far from restaurants and other activity if you plan to walk. Parking is sparse and expensive. The elevator was broken all week so if you have mobility issues just be aware that you will have to manage a steep set of stairs. Beach was beautiful. Weather was 50/50. It rained a few days and was cloudy a lot. Bed in main bedroom was xtra xtra hard. Xtra hard. A few minor things needed taken care of. Light over stove was out. Slider doors at very hard to open. And there was a small lizard residing in the valence of the slider door in the main bdrm. He came out to catch the sun. All in all a pretty good stay. Fix the elevator please. That’s the main issue we had because I had hurt me back and could not make it down the stairs and had to cancel two excursions without refund. Several hundred dollars lost.

We truly enjoyed staying here. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. Wifi access was superb and our son was able to connect his Xbox without any issues. We plan to stay here again.

We loved this location: a very clean well-kept condo in a small complex right on uncrowded North Clearwater Beach with easy walking distance to the rest of Clearwater Beach and all of the action.

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. My parents came down with my son and I for a spring break and double digit birthday celebration. The balcony was a favorite for all of us from morning coffee, midday reading, to breath taking sunsets. Robin was extremely responsive to all questions and provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again in the future.

Definitely would stay here again! From the moment we stepped into the condo we felt relaxed. Robin and George had everything we possibly needed for our stay. The condo was immaculate and you can’t have a better beach view from their unit and seeing the dolphins everyday was just amazing!

It was a blast staying there. The kids loved playing uno on the deck listening to the waves and waking up early to go swimming. Its the perfect location.
