Stayed Jul 2, 2025The condo was very nice, clean and well located. Our family enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of space for us for all of us. It was nice to have beach chairs and accessories already there.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Our family of 5 stayed here in 2022. Loved it then so came back with 7 of us! Mary is such a joy to deal with. The location is perfect! Walk to beach, shops, restaurants. No need for a car. Condo itself is clean, beautifully decorated, & so much room for all of us. Would highly recommend this property! We’ll be back soon.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Beautiful, clean, large, and just a few steps away from the beach! My kids and their friends enjoyed this spacious condo, pool, and covered parking for the Jeep! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to visit again. Mary was a JEM - communication correspondence was fast and easy. Description/location of condo was exactly as noted. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It's family friendly. We had two teens and a baby with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to cook some nights. Everything was within walkable distance, the Pier, Ron Jon, the beach, Kings Pizza, Starbucks, etc. The site has a nice pool which made it easy to just relax between events. If we visit Clearwater Beach again, we will definitely choose this property again. My suggestion for families: If you're deciding to rent a large SUV(Tahoe, Suburban) vs a Minivan, go with the Minivan. It will make parking easier.

Stayed May 25, 2024Everything was great. Communication with Kari was great. Location is perfect to the beach and anywhere we wanted to go on the island. Fully equipped, very clean. Lots of room for everyone. Has begun renovations that will continue into the fall. Will definitely return.
