The Space:

An ideal stay for fun-loving families, friends, and beach enthusiasts! This 1,600 sq ft duplex side of a lovely Spanish-style villa offers you a slice of coastal bliss just a block from the PCH (CA-1), California’s famous coastal highway!



With its high ceilings and open layout, you’ll have enough space to spread out, relax, and enjoy! There’s a full modern kitchen for preparing meals, a dining room with a table to enjoy them, and a comfy living room with a wall-mounted Smart TV and plush sectional sofa for all to enjoy a spot on the couch. There’s a fireplace there, too, for a cozy movie night!



You’ll have all you’d need for a comfortable beachy stay with 3 bedrooms and a loft to accommodate 8. All the rooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bedroom, ensuite bathroom and separate jetted tub! The other two rooms have queen beds, one with an ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 4 is the “loft” at the top of the stairs with a queen bed behind the room divider and the sofa seating area.



We provide beach towels and some beach essentials for your stay. There’s also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience and a spot for your car in the garage (although it’s likely you’ll walk around to enjoy this charming town!)

The home is about 7 miles from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 45 miles from LAX (Los Angeles Airport).



The best means of transportation is by car. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if you’re not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will need to climb stairs to the front entrance and inside, as it’s a 2-story home.



We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.



There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Pet-friendly property. 2 pets max. Please let us know at booking if you'll be traveling with your pet.

    Located in the heart of Corona del Mar with easy walk to the beach, parks, as well as local shops. Well appointed home with indoor parking and pet friendly which was key for us.Host was friendly and responsive. Easy check in and check out. Will return next summer.

    Big disappointment. We arrived to learn the garage door wasnt working, which could have been manageable since there is street parking available. However, then we find the A/C was not cooling and actually raising the temperature above 85 as the air blew in the middle of a heat wave. The manager was responsive, brought over several fans and promised to have the unit looked at. When they checked it, the ducts had been torn from the unit! On top of this, the place smells like wet dog, furniture is stained and filthy and mirror frames broken in multiple rooms. Had to quickly find another unit to rent for the remainder of the week. The manager refunded the entire cost of the stay and was very responsive, but the place itself was a huge disappointment.

    Property was located with easy access to shops and restaurants and the beach. The fourth BBB “bedroom” should be listed as a bed and not a room because it is a bed in the hallway behind a screen. The dining table needs to be refurbished or replaced. The unit was clean, neat and appropriately stocked with amenities and necessary supplies for our visit.

    We traveled to this location for our daughter’s engagement party- the event was in Laguna beach and my daughter lives in Encinitas so this was a great location for the immediate family to land for a few days. The rental property is in a great location- walking distance from markets, a quaint little coffee house named Reborn that had delicious coffees and breakfast sandwiches! Plus a nice 10 min walk the beach! The home was spacious and all the rooms had bathrooms in them as well- The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils that most people need! The beds were incredibly soft and the large jet tub in the first room at the top of the stairs was a hit for a few of the family members to relax in after a long day. The only small recommendation is that the 3rd room at the end of the hall needs a little more lighting- all bedrooms had two bedside lamps, however this room- maybe due to space only had one and it was pretty dimly lit in the evening even with the bathroom light on. HOWEVER, we did LOVE that there were fans available for all! There were plenty of blankets, towels and pillows too! The communication was great from the property managers for check in, check out and during the stay- The garage was perfect for one car and had a few beach items we were able to use and add to as we purchased a couple items for our 10 yr old granddaughter and donated to the property for others to enjoy. We will definitely use this property again! Highly recommend for families!

    Easy walk to beach, dinner and coffee. Wonderful safe neighborhood. House was clean other than couches inside & out. Beds were super comfortable. Could use another blow dryer or 2. Property manager was quick to fix an unusable coffee maker. Would be nice to have checkin info a bit sooner than one hour before. And Guidebook was a bit lacking.

    We really enjoyed our time there, and would come back. The two challenges were the lack of coffee, and the fact that it's really only a 3 bedroom (the 4th bedroom is large hallway with a privacy screen that everyone else walks through.) Also, only one hairdryer in the place that we found...had to share.

    Really loved the house. Owner was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We had multiple families arriving from different states for a family funeral and owner was very accomadating of our needs. Lots of space to spend time together. Only issue was it really is not a 4 bedroom home. The 4th bed was listed as a loft, but it was just a bed in the hallway outside the 3 bedrooms. We made it work, but the 4th couple had no privacy. From the pictures, it was hard to tell that it was just the hallway and not a separate loft area. Home had a lovely patio that we really enjoyed. Really great little shopping center next door with a fantastic pizza place (Ginas pizza) and a nice CVS that had food incidentals and wine. Easy check in and check out and loved that all the linens were included. Was walking distance to the beach with spectacular views. Very cute neighborhood. Overall really nice house. issue was it inotbedroom bprivacy

    Great layout; located in beautiful area, below highway 1. Comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed quiet neighborhood, farmers market, near stunning Corona Del Mar beach and small market, cvs, and great little restaurant. Situated close & midway between all the towns and beaches we wanted to enjoy. Communication and checkin and checkout were a breeze. Will book again.
