My sister and I had a very special time catching up with each other in this lovely beach home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely return. The water views are truly beautiful—peaceful and scenic at all times of day. The home itself was very clean, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away.The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond with special touches like homemade muffins and a selection of snacks, which made us feel especially welcome.We also really appreciated how dog-friendly the property is. Being able to bring our dog made the trip even better, and the provided dog dishes and fenced outdoor area just for pups were such thoughtful and convenient touches.The location is nicely secluded, offering a quiet and peaceful retreat—perfect for unwinding and getting away from it all.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway with stunning views and a truly pet-friendly experience.

This was one of the best Vrbo homes we have ever stayed in. Natalie and Brett were incredibly hospitable and the location is truly paradise!

This home and location is magical. The hosts thought of everything! I can't wait to go back! It was perfect for our grandchildren and dog. We fell In love with the home, the view and the beach!

Amazing location and home!

The view was breathtaking and we spent as much time walking along the beach as possible. The host couldn’t have been nicer, more communicative, or more helpful. We cannot wait to stay again.

Everything was PERFECT! The host was available and responsive to answer any questions. Couldn’t have been any nicer!The house is well stocked with anything and everything we needed or could have needed. The set up for the dogs made it so easy to let them out. This is our second stay at this house and we loved it even more this time! The kitchen is fully stocked, so we prepared our Thanksgiving meal here. Everything has been thought out in the house and it all makes sense, so coming to stay is truly a vacation. The whole family likes the proximity to the beach, as well as the gorgeous views from the living and kitchen area. I like how cozy it is - we played games and did puzzles and really made the most of the the house. I'm sure we'll be back!

Host provided great instructions and amenities. We arrived late the first night and they left the light on and had snacks and muffins for us. Comfortable house and great beach access.

Perfect place for our family!!! The house was exactly as advertised and clean. The homemade muffins waiting for us and other snacks were a nice surprise as was the kind handwritten note!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Broadkill Beach. We can't wait to come back next year. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Our children really appreciated the freshly baked muffins and snacks left for our arrival. A beautiful and clean house with a picturesque view.

We have been coming here for years and are always impressed with how excellent the maintenance is. The place always look brand new. There are always new improvements being added such as the outdoor shower, front fire pit seating area and updated furniture. A lovely welcome basket awaits you. Sweeping views of Delaware Bay out to Cape May lighthouse greet you as you walk in. Our favorite part is watching the full moon rise over the bay or watching from the bed a sunrise on the water.The place is super quiet, with almost no one on beach off season. Views of Milky Way can be enhanced by the wonderful telescope they have set up at window.A gem in the backyard of mid-Atlantic metropolitan areas. The hosts are just lovely.

This bayfront house was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliance and essentials - even had a crockpot, plenty of spices. They supplied dish soap, toilet paper, towels and sheets which made things so convenient. This home was very clean. Loved that we were able to bring our dog and the beach was dog-friendly. The house did not smell of animals. I would highly recommend this house. They had an awesome outside shower with hot water. The fire pit area was very nice. The host was very responsive to communications.

Our stay in September was fabulous. The Broadkill beachfront home is simply beautiful with a large deck facing the bay. The home is spacious and so very comfortable in every way. Everything you would possibly need is there. Very clean and pretty! Having the garage(s) available was a great addition. The view is perfect. We had beautiful sunny pristine days in the low 80s. Our family had a blast and so did our German Shepherd (Nikki) and Lab (Coco). Fishing on the beautiful beach was awesome. Hosts were the best! Thank you so much Natalie and Brett. Can't wait to visit again. Love it there. We didn't want to leave.

A perfect place for our family. The house is right on the beach and the hospitality of the owners in unmatched.

The house is just as described. No surprises! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need including plenty of beach towels and even throws for the sofa if you come with pets. The linens and towels were hotel quality and we loved the snack tray with homemade muffins and all kinds of treats along with a personal note. Natalie goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! Views of the Bay are beautiful and serene. We enjoyed watching the freighters traverse the Bay along with the Ferry. We loved the seclusion of the property and yet you are only 15 minutes away from all kinds of shops and restaurants. Our vacation was wonderful and we will definitely return.

For starters, Natalie is an amazing host! She is extremely responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived at the property, it far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a very generous snack arrangement that included a personalized note and some delicious homemade muffins. The home was well stocked with ever amenity imaginable. We made just a short visit to celebrate a birthday. The treats and balloon were a perfect touch! The home and beach were just we were looking for.... private, off the beaten path, and lovely! The kitchen is arranged perfectly.. Anything you need is readily found. The mattresses are great and the linens are fluffy and like new. We'll be back to enjoy the beach in warmer weather. My husband and I were expecting a view of the beach in the beach rental we were pleasantly surpriesed how wonderful the veiw from the house was. It was so much more than expected. A fantastic expanse of the ocean was easily enjoyed from the living room. The house was super clean, extremely comfortable and so relaxing. It was evident that the owners take great pride in their property. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was soft and newer. Kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wished to cook. I am looking forward to returning in the warmer months. Walked the beautiful beach with our two English Bulldogs who had a great vactation also. Location is perfect and shops are all near by. We were even able to enjoy their new deck with a glass of wine as the sun set. One word - PERFECT.

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our multi-gnereational girl's trip celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. From the thoughtful welcome treats (with a Happy Birthday balloon!), to the comfortable bedding and luxury towels, well stocked kitchen, and amazing views, we could not have chosen a better spot. The home is remote on a quiet beachfront road, right next to an easy beach access path, with extensive windows facing the dunes and beach that created a wonderful, relaxing setting for our trip. Sunrise views were particularly magnificent. There were plenty of games and puzzles and corners to read in that kept us all occupied, and the home is a 20-30 minute drive from Rehoboth boardwalk and downtown Lewes so excursions were easy when we wanted a little more action. Communication with the hosts was easy with prompt replies. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful home right on the beach!! The beach was quiet and peaceful…it was just the type of get away we needed post holidays! The house was clean and comfortable with the best views! We hope to be back!

Very welcoming home & management. Muffins and holiday decorations were fabulous. Off the beaten path as Broadkill Beach is, but less than twenty minutes to all you need. And less than twenty seconds out the door to the beach. Amazing views and comfort. Amenities were spot on. Happiest of holidays!!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the home. We had a great stay. The views from the deck, living room and bedroom can’t be beat. Beds were comfy and snacks were a nice touch. We would definitely return!

I've rented this house several times. I always find it clean and inviting. The hosts make you feel welcomed and are always helpful, going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. They are the best hosts I've ever encountered. The house is secluded and I've never seen the beach too crowded. I always feel happy and relaxed when I'm there.

Natalie and Brett have thought of everything! From the welcoming tower of treats and freshly baked muffins to the hotel quality linens, everything you need has been provided. The view is spectacular and beach is steps away. The dog run is genius! Even though the weather was cloudy and the surf a bit rough, we were able to enjoy long walks on the beach with our dog, who also had a wonderful time.

We stayed in this gorgeous waterfront home for a week of fun on the beach (which was only steps away). Beautiful sunrise views over the ocean while enjoying our breakfast and tea on the deck. We were welcomed like family by the very gracious hosts. Hope to return again soon!
