Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.     everything was lovely. could use some repairs on upstairs heater to prevent its banging. needs more lighting throughout units. some bikes had huge holes in tires. but all in all we were quite happy with the place and are considering a return.

    This property worked very well for our large family. Mimi, Papa, our four children and their families - 18 guests. We booked all three units. The property is very nice and the location is right on the beach with several parks close by. We would definitely stay there again.

    We had a wonderful time at this property it said our entire family we had fun at the beach. It was fun to take the bikes down the boardwalk. The house is beautiful and we loved everything about it.

    Great location and arrangement of units for 3 families. Beach and town beautiful . All family reported beds were terrible! Mattresses need replacing for price charged. One family even left a night early to go home and sleep in good beds..

    Awesome location right on board walk and beach - very spacious and comfortable (except for mattress in the master of C unit). Good communication with property manager and super clean beautiful beach. Wonderful for a family vacation.

    If you are looking for a wonderful place on Newport Beach and within walking distance to shopping , restaurants and site seeing this is the place for you. We celebrated a family get together with 10 people so having 3 units was nice for people on slightly different schedules. It was great for our mom and dog to have the ground floor unit with no stairs to climb. It was cool one day and night so the gas fireplaces were great to take the chill off and warm the bones after a beach walk. It was great to have garage parking for our 3 cars. The upstairs unit was great to watch sea life , sun rises & sets while people go by on the beach walkway. Caution look both ways before opening gate to head out on walkway or to the beach. Bobbie of tower 17 property management was always a phone call away if we needed anything. Throughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks Ken & Family
