Oceanfront Sandy Beach In West Yarmouth Cape Cod

Unparalleled cape cod beach with direct access from the house. My elderly father could watch the kids and us from the house on the beach. Perfect cape getaway.. the private neighborhood.. white sand beach were amazing. House was fully equipped.. we didn’t use a lot of the amenities but they truly had so many fun toys, towels, kites for everyone to enjoy!

Dee was the best!! The house was very thoughtfully done. Everything was exactly right. The view was perfect. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Dee.

The gated home is lovely and right on the beach! Plenty of sea shells to discover and enjoy. Beautiful ocean views from primary bedroom and back deck. Great host communication and clean, well stocked home. It was a great location with many coffee shops, restaurants and groceries nearby.

Celebrated a surprise 60th birthday for my husband with our adult children. The house was perfection and that is saying a lot because it rained 3 of the 5 days we were there! Outdoor space, gas firepit with sectional sofa in the dunes and access to beach for long walks was fantastic; very clean; property manager extremely timely and thorough in communication. Kitchen was really well stocked including great outdoor gas grill and lobster pot burner. The house was thoughtfully designed for group of 10. Will absolutely return!

Wonderful few days in the amazing Lighthouse!! We can't say enough about the location, views, cleanliness, features of the house and every amenity you need!! This is the best rental we have ever stayed in!! We were a family of ten, ages ranging from 3 to 79! The property manager Dee, met us, walked us through the house & was available if we needed anything - but we didn't !! Dee is a lovely, friendly person to work with. Will definitely return!

Directly at the private beach, a quite, clean, functional unique house with a lot of nice and special features. Sunrise and sunset direct from the house, endless water and sand at the beach. Everybody in our group liked it a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean front house. From the start, the hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about the house and the area. The house is incredibly well thought out and stocked with essentials like paper products, soaps, towels, beach toys and chairs, and much more. It is so easy to enjoy the beach, walking straight out the back door, then coming back in easily and with little mess due to a foot washing station and an outdoor shower. This worked so well with our young kids, ages 2 to 9, who wanted to spend almost all of their time on the beach. The views are also amazing. We would love to return on a future visit to Cape Cod.

This beach front property had plenty of room for our large group, and quiet rooms for the kids to take naps. Some of our favorites were the beautiful beach, being just steps away, fit pit and walking distance to the pool and playground. The home was clean, and well stocked.
