This property centrally located on 15th Streetbetween the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Guests can access garage (spot A), shared laundry, as well as the upstairs unit A.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.     Our family was in town for an event and extended the weekend for some relaxing time on the beach. Location was perfect, small farmers market walking distance on Sunday, 24/7 fresh donut shop down a few blocks away and an upscale steakhouse. Perfect getaway with amazing beach sunsets.

    Obviously, the location is awesome! And the price was much more affordable than most houses right on the beach. I knew from reviews and price point that the house wouldn’t be ideal. The garage is almost unacceptable with how tight the parking is. We managed but it was super stressful each time. We have some young children so when we saw that the banister and stairway wasn’t up to code and that it was a hazard for our kids, that was frustrating. We had cold weather during our stay and unfortunately the heater is super noisy at night and would wake us all up. Lastly, because we were so cold in the house, I wanted to get some help working the fireplace but nobody ever got back to me when I tried to reach out.

    We stayed here 2 days after Disney for a short beach vacation. The place was very clean and decorated with a cute beach vibe. We were steps from the sand and enjoyed the bikes provided. We had everything we need. There was one small problem with the showerhead, but the host responded immediately and there was someone there within the hour to fix it. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this location and this place. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    The property is very nice with everything we needed. Great parking. Absolutely loved the fireplace! Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Dog friendly. Beach was beautiful. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We will definitely rent this house again!
