Oceanfront home with hot tub, private beach access & ocean views - dog-friendly

Everything was just like the pictures everything was amazing loved our stay here

Beds were all very comfortable. Close to the beach. The house has a nice layout and a good feel. The hot tub was working and hot. We had an issue with the kitchen sink but the property manager and owner were very responsive and took care of it immediately.

The house was great. Amazing views, beach access, and we'll thought out space. Having the option to sit outside both upstairs and downstairs was great!

To begin, Mike (host) was the most thoughtful host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He lives next door, but absolutely respected our privacy. The few times we interacted with him, he was so kind and even went out of his way to gift us some firewood and kindling for our final night there. The home is so well thought out, with so many amenities and comfy zones. It was the perfect place for our group to stay. The decor is cute, the location is breathtaking, there is private beach access, beds are so comfy. It just truly has everything!! We would stay here again anytime.

We loved our stay at this home! The homeowners were fantastic, the house was very clean upon arriving! I really loved that the homeowners were very dog friendly people, as we have two dogs! The private beach was incredible and the view fantastic also! Check in and check out were very smooth. I would definitely recommend this house to everyon!

This is a beautiful spot! Home and layout was wonderful and spacious with the added parking and side yard plus the wrap around deck top and bottom. Large windows and sliding glass doors to bring in that fabulous ocean air. Comfy beds and huge sectional to sink into & snuggle while watching a movie on the big tv. Large table to play games on and laugh for hours! View was amazing in the morning sipping coffee, during the day after taking in the Aquarium just down the road, and capturing the sunset with our phones!! Awesome place!! We hope to come back again soon! Thank you!! And thank you for allowing dogs! Kiwi loved it too!!

Except for getting into the property - door code did not work

We had a wonderful time here. The beach access was very nice. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Having all the cookware was great. Our dog had a great time and enjoyed the decks.

The location of the home was perfect for going into Newport to eat and be tourists and the semi-private beach allowed for us to feel very comfortable letting the teens and kids roam and explore. The inside of the home was top notch - incredibly comfortable beds, ample appliances and a full coffee bar. The hosts thought of everything and our very practiced in hospitality.

This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.

We loved our stay. Gorgeous view, the house was full of amenities and spotless. Everything you’d need is there and nicely kept. Hosts were lovely and helpful. We’d be delighted to return.

I wish every house was like this one. The main living and kitchen is upstairs so you will get a little workout, but you'll get one going to the beach too so it's a warm up. :) The beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels, lots of room, and amazing views! My kids wanted to stay forever. In fact when we got to our next destination, they wanted to come back to this one! You won't go wrong staying at this wonderful place!

The property was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to places we wanted to visit. Great access to the beach. Fenced area made it easier to keep our dogs safe and happy.
