This is the second time we have stayed here. The view is amazing and the house has everything you need for a great time!

I brought my elderly mother to this house to meet my two college kids who were on a little break from school. The house worked perfectly for our group. Comfortable, clean, great selection of games, wonderful ocean view. We had some issues (user error!) with the thermostat when we first arrived but got very prompt and helpful support and all was well

We loved our stay! We had plenty of space annd the beds were all very comfortable. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for the dog. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. We were not able to get in with our code but we called the after hours phone number and the response time was just a couple of minutes.

Great house, amazing view, communication was clear and timely. We will be booking it again.

Great place to stay by the beach. Wonderful little neighborhood we had a great time.

We spent a lot of time researching potential places to stay before choosing this one. This fit the bill perfectly. Another reviewer mentioned that the view was obstructed… yes there are some trees, but honestly the view is incredible. It’s all closer than it seems from pics. We could see the shore and the ocean. We saw bald eagles, pelicans, and whales from the breakfast table. The stars at night from the hot tub were lovely. Bring binoculars!They have an excellent collection of board games, books, movies, and puzzles. The kitchen was decently outfitted with appliances (mini crock pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, immersion blender), but had no extras like seasonings, olive oil, sugar, etc. like some rentals do. Luckily there are stores like 5 minutes away so it was easy to get what we needed. A smoke detector was beeping low battery one morning and the rental office was super responsive. They sent someone out with a ladder to change it right away. They called the night before about early check in, and were responsive to my questions. The only thing that could have been better was that the fenced in yard was made of wire fencing with the openings at the bottom being 7”-8” square- big enough that my 22 lb Beagle could climb through. We ended up clipping a couple of towels over that area so she’d ignore them, but a more permanent solution would be nice. We all agreed we want to come back again next year. It was beautiful but not too stuffy- it felt comfortable.

We have stayed here before and we just love the view. We take my 90 year old mom whom is on a walker and she gets around great.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is on a cliff overlooking the ocean. You can watch for whales on clear days. You can relax inside or outside this home in style and comfort.

Everything was as described. Kitchen well stocked, property manager was helpful and responsive to our needs. Despite the rain, we had a great relaxing time! Thank you!

We planed to take our 15 year old corgi to the beach one last time and this was the perfect location! Fenced back yard, close access to a wonderful walking beach and room for our family of 8 and 3 dogs. It was well furnished and met all the needs for our group. The fireplace was a hit and the view was awesome. Will stay at this property again!

Beautiful in all ways. The house is lovely. Renters should be aware that they need to bring their own laundry detergent, their own kitchen amenities, like spices, oil, etc., their own dog towels and sheets. And access to TV and movie apps is up to the renter.

Lovely home, plenty of space, with great proximity to and views of the beach.

The home was very comfortable with great ocean view. It was easy to prepare meals and dine at a large table. PLENTY of pillows. Being dog friendly was super nice for my family. I would recommend fixing the deck with the rotting posts and the loose bricks as you step onto the front porch for safety. But I would highly recommend this place otherwise.

The property was very nice and the views were great. You have a private access to the beach via the main road and it is an awesome family beach. The only things to consider are there is zero phone service so that can get tricky prior to your stay if you don't have access to the email with all your entrance information and the main room can get really toasting with the windows so use the shades.

My family and I had an amazing time. Beautiful view! Short walk to the private beach. Home was well stocked. Very cozy, family feel. Would absolutely stay again

Nice place. Clean. Not well stocked compared to others. Not clear from advertising that it didn’t have immediate beach access.
