Ocean Front Home near Newport! Dog Friendly! Hot Tub!

I could not have made a better choice. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles, including a camper van. The house is the perfect size for 3 adult couples and very dog friendly. Also, one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever seen.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was very clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up for both people and pets. We brought three dogs and were impressed with the dog-friendly touches like treats, waste bags, and a fenced yard. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to a path leading directly to the beach, which we enjoyed every morning and evening. The large windows provided breathtaking ocean views, and the house itself offered plenty of privacy with great parking.The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the hot tub was a great bonus. The property is only a short 6-minute drive into town, but it feels tucked away from the crowds. Honestly, this was one of the nicest Vrbo properties we’ve ever stayed at, and the best location we’ve experienced on the Oregon Coast. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful, welcoming, spotless, and well equipped. Beach access is not directly from the property but is only a few steps away and is easy to navigate - and the beach itself is huge, sandy, wide, and goes on for miles. Even our dog felt very welcomed with poop bags supplied and a fenced yard with grass that was very safe. Overall one of the very best places we've stayed on the coast and one we would happily return to often.

A lovely house with a lovely view and patio! Beds were comfy. Hot tub was clean. Garage games were a bonus. Also the beach chairs, toys and kites! Already booked our next stay.

Although I didn’t receive the text from owners with all the house info prior to checking in, once we got squared away everything was 1st class. Great house, comfortable beds and we can’t wait to return.

This is our second time staying at this home it is amazing great location if you want to sit and watch & listen to the waves. Or go out exploring the towns around and take in the sights

Our family of four plus friend and small dog booked this property for the long Presidents‘ Day weekend. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect size for our group. The house is in a great location and has beautiful views. There is beach access nearby.I only wish check in was a little earlier, 5 pm is late for check in into a vacation property.

The Sweet Homes property manager was just a text away. When our code at the door didn't work we had immediate help. The fenced in yard was fantastic for our dog. The house bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs are great for privacy. The beach walks every day with two access points are great. We also played foos ball and ping pong every day in the garage. It was wonderful to have these activities at the house. There are TVs in every room if you want to watch something separately. We did not use the hot tub, but it is set up in a great spot. The kitchen is set up well with everything you will need. Overall, it was wonderful and we would recommend it

Beautiful place

Our 2nd stay. Siblings ages 81-72. Every thing we needed. Plenty of space. Good beds.

This home was perfect for our family of Mom, Dad and Adult children with two dogs. The backyard is fenced so the pets can run free. Access to the beach is an easy and beautiful walk. And we had that beach practically to ourselves so the pups could run free. The home itself is wonderfully appointed and super comfortable. This is the second time we've stayed here and we expect to return.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. My husband, daughter, and chocolate lab enjoyed our week here. First off the location is perfect and very dog friendly. The beach access is a simple walk and then you are treated to a huge stretch of beach that is never crowded and often unoccupied (a dog owner dream). The property itself was extremely clean, fully stocked with anything a renter could want including kites, games, hot tub, ping pong, etc. I had worried about cleanliness with this being a pet friendly property but the cleaning was top notch. Check in and check out were easy breezy, no issues and communication through text was prompt. Huge plus for those with pets is the fenced in backyard. Numerous day trips are possible from this Newport area home but we found ourselves often wandering the beach during the day, grilling on the provided BBQ at night, enjoying the surf from the deck, and unwinding in the hot tub before watching a movie (lots of movies onsite to choose from) before bed. Can't wait to stay again.

We were lucky to have amazing weather, so we didn't have time to take advantage of the fun games like Ping Pong, but the extra space and hot tub were much appreciated. The beautiful walk to a very quiet beach is also super cool.

Property is well thought out, has a good layout, is stocked with everything you will need, and is very clean. Décor is much nicer and more modern than other coastal places. Views are amazing and access to very private beach is easy. They might want trim down the vegetation at cliff for a little better view though. Our stay was nearly perfect with 2 exceptions. The 3 barking dogs next door to the right that go all day long and the lack of cell phone reception. The house is in a dead zone. They do provide a land line though. When we got there, we met Brianna who was just wrapping things up at the house. She was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay, highly recommend, and hope to come back.
