Oceanfront 5bd/3ba Townhome ON THE SAND

Great home in the perfect location. Very convenient to many nice restaurants, grocery store and lots of other fun areas. So nice to be right on the beach.

Everything was immaculate. Beautiful spot, very spacious for 8 overnight guests.

My group had a wonderful time staying at this Newport Beach property. Really nice accommodations with amazing views of the Pacific ocean. 25 mins from Disneyland, which is what we were there for. being able to walk directly from the outdoor patio onto the sand was really fun for the kids. It's also in close proximity to the pier and restaurants. Easy parking, clear instructions from the property owner, etc. We'll be back!

This is such a great property located in Newport Beach that is close to the pier, but private enough to avoid the crowds! So many things to do on the beach provided! Slept out 11 (9adults and 2 babies) very comfortably! I recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing beach experience!!

We go on a lot of beach vacations and rent a lot of beach houses. This one takes the cake. I thought the house was amazingly located walking distance to everything you may need. It’s just far enough from the pier that the beach is super quiet and not a lot of chaos. We already booked for next spring break. Definitely recommend!

The property was in the perfect location right on the beach. Check in was seamless. Parking was easy. Everything was spotless. Would highly recommend!

Overall the stay was very solid. The property was decently appointed and very well located. Only issue for us was the garage was very steep so our cars did could not be parked in the garage without scraping so we choose to park our cars on the street and in front of the garage of the property.

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.

Family members (9) stayed for a surprise birthday party and trip to Disneyland for our 8 year old grandson’s birthday! 2 beautiful beach days were enjoyed by all, especially the bday boy. Body surfed, made friends with another boy doing the same. House is perfectly set up for a group. Kids bunks, shared bathrooms are well situated and a great master bathroom and bedroom! Step out the gate onto the sand. Priceless.

The stay was awesome, clean and quiet during the evenings. Love the accommodations and quick access to the beach. Overall our family had an amazing stay.

We have rented many homes on the beach in Newport. This home was very comfortable for our family and very well appointed. The beach chairs were a bonus. The master bedroom was amazing.

This oceanfrnt house was just what we were looking for during our week at the beach. initially I was concerned that the house was too skinny, but that was not a reality. In fact the house felt quite spacious. It contained everything we needed for our stay with two toddlers. Excellent host as well, who took care of any of our needs. Thanks Pat.

The location is great! Walk right off the back patio on to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops all very close by. The house itself is very nice with plenty of space (we had a group of six), garage parking, guest laundry, and a very well-appointed primary bedroom upstairs with its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The host, Pat, is great to work with. Excellent communication from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property June 14-21, 2024. The house was well stocked, filtered water, small toiletries to get us started, a few rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, nice towels, good kitchen supplies. Pre check in communication with Pat was great. He answered some questions in advance which was helpful. Outside furniture was used every day. Enclosed garage was great for bikes. Loved access to 2nd fridge and washer/dryer. Will be back. Our siblings rent nearby and this location was fantastic.
