Only guests named on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.

️ City of Newport Beach Rental Agreement Requirements
Signer of the rental agreement must be 25+ years of age
Signer must be present at check-in with valid ID
Signer must occupy the property for the entire stay
Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present for the duration of the stay is prohibited

A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
Exterior security cameras are in place.

Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

Service animals must:
✔ Be under the handler’s control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or otherwise controlled)
✔ Be housebroken
✔ Not be left alone at the rental at any time

Dogs are prohibited on the beach from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM year-round, in accordance with local regulations.

    Took a family vaction and were on the top rental and we absolutely loved it. Great location not even a block from the beach the house was very clean and well maintained and the host was super nice. If your looking for for a place on newport beach i definitely recommended them we made so many fun memories.

    The property was clean. The kitchen was adequate to cook a big meal. It would have been helpful if it had been stocked with some coffee, but overall, it was a great place.

    Large, well-appointed unit in a fabulous location. The hosts are friendly and super responsive. The garage is very small, which is noted in the listing. There is some wear and tear but that didn't really impact our experience.

    My wife’s birthday & Mother’s Day fall on the same weekend, so we decided to celebrate at the beach with our 2 adult daughters & their families. This is definitely not a fancy house, but it had everything we needed for a fun & relaxing family weekend at the beach. Management was very friendly, responsive & attentive. Everything worked & the location is steps to the beach & close to shopping & restaurants. Bottom line, we all had a wonderful time! Thanks!

    The reviews are accurate. Great place, awesome location. Very clean. Beds are comfortable and tons of room. Loved having the garage with bikes, chairs and umbrellas. Great hosts, very responsive.
