Beautiful home, great location with teens, as they could go explore and we could enjoy the view

This was an amazing beach house. It had all the things our family needed for a great vacation at the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, including local tips. We will definitely plan to stay here again if take another West Coast break.

Clean. Beautiful home. Comfortable beds, ample linens/towels. Pleasant and helpful host. Bikes, skateboards, umbrellas, chairs etc were the cherry on top!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the view of the beach was absolutely beautiful. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, which made the whole experience stress-free. One of the best extras was having bikes available—it was such a great way to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what an amazing stay. Perfect location. Quiet part of the peninsula. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. We stayed here with a 4 year old, parents, and grandparents. Perfect house for multi-generation vacation. Has amenities in the house for everyone (games for all ages), bikes, scooters, helmets, and sand toys. Our 4 year old is EXTREMELY active so we need to rent a place that gives us many options to “run” out his energy. This house gave us that. The home is right on a bike path and a minute walk to great playground. The home is clean and well maintained. Has everything you need to cook and be at home. Lastly, Jessica, the owner/manager of the property really cares for the home and your experience in it. I have vacationed in my VRBOs and the best stays are always the places that are managed by the homeowners (not rental companies). Jessica takes a lot of pride in her home, she is very responsive, and ready to help with anything. This one is a gem.

It’s hard to put into words what this trip meant to our family. Jessica was truly the most communicative and compassionate host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need.From the perfect location to the incredible rooftop with gorgeous beach views, every moment of our weekend was relaxing and memorable. We loved spending cozy nights by the fire and truly felt at home.We couldn’t recommend this stay more — it was everything we hoped for and more!

The house was even better than we expected! Location was perfect. The rooftop was amazing. We loved cooking out and chilling on the deck, riding bikes every day, enjoying the stunning sunsets .. it was all that we needed and more! One of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. And we love to travel!! Thank you!!

The house was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Rooftop BBQ and seating area was great with fantastic views of the bay on one side and the pier and ocean on the other. Beach access is practically on the sand. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again!

Great House, Great host

Nice property with amazing views! We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this house right on the beach. The beach and surrounding area gets a little busy on the weekends, so prepare for lots of traffic if you need to leave the house. Can't beat hearing the waves crash from the comfort of the living room!

Great Property / Great Location!We had an amazing time! This property offers the perfect beach location on the boardwalk. It is within walking distance to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone and the Balboa Island Ferry. The unit is clean, well-equipped with everything you need. My family lives local but decided to rent a beach house for a few days to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. BEST DECISION EVER!! We felt as if we were on vacation. Not only was staying on the beach amazing, but the location was walking distance to everything we needed to make our time special. The home is walking distance to Ruby’s Diner where we got 8 am milkshakes with the kids, walking distance to the Balboa Fun Zone and the ferry. It was truly the best staycation! Jessica’s home came with everything we needed to feel at home. I would stay again 100%!

Absolutely loved this property. There were 8 of us and quite a bit of room for everyone. Ages 16 through 86. Shops, restaurants and pier within walking distance. Jessica was the perfect host.

It is an incredible property, was everything and more that we expected. Was our first time to Newport Beach, Jessica was very helpful suggesting places to go and great restaurants. The home is equipped with anything and everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our plans included a day at Disneyland which was a convenient 20 minutes drive away.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The area is perfect with so many things to do and see. 10/10

This house was perfect for our family. Perfect location and easy to bike to almost any place on the peninsula. Super close to the ferry too for a bike / ferry ride to Balboa Island. The views are incredible. Jessica is very engaged and easy to contact - it's obvious she wants her guests to enjoy their time at her rental. We would absolutely book this house again.

Our stay was incredible! Jessica was an excellent communicator—I knew exactly what to expect before arriving, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The property itself is stunning, with a perfect location. We especially loved the rooftop deck and outdoor patio, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having enough bikes for all seven of us was a fantastic bonus! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Having previously lived in the area, it was so special to be back, and staying in this beautiful home made it even more memorable.

Everything about this property is phenomenal! Jessica is the best hostess you could ask for. Very accommodating, excellent communication. She is extremely thoughtful. The property location is perfect. Closer to everything. The views are gorgeous!

We absolutely love this place, especially the views of bay and ocean from the well-equipped rooftop deck. The house is very comfortable and situated right on the beach-front walk. We had a fun time with the bikes and other equipment provided. Couldn't have been a nicer vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! It was clean, thoughtfully decorated and quiet. The beach is steps away from the patio. The roof top was an exceptional addition to spend time. My grandson loved his bunk bed room and there were plenty of sand toys for him to use. The house was spacious and plenty of privacy for our family. Jessica was kind and amazing at communication. We knew exactly what was expected. We will be back as often as we can.

Had such a fabulous time. Stayed here for a long overdue “reunion” with college friends. House was wonderful, cozy beds & furniture for lots of catch up chats. Loved the location & walkability. Jessica is THE most helpful host and gave us so many great recommendations on things to do, where to eat, etc. Beyond being a really great house so many added bonuses of the bikes, paddle boards, towels, chairs. Loved our stay here!

Loved the location on the boardwalk and so close to the beach, bay, pier, volleyball net and a fun walk or bike ride to all the restaurants. We will definitely be back. We loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our family vacation with my parents, my husband, and our 1 year old. Everything was clean and comfortable, the host was great with communication and had so many amenities for us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc). We loved watching the sunset from the roof every night after the baby went to bed. It was just a dream week :) we can’t wait to come back!

Truly, we couldn’t have wanted or found a better place or location for celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our son and family. Truly magical; with the beach only steps away. A plenty of room for everyone!

Fabulous location on the Oceanfront Home has multi levels, with several flights of stairs throughout. Floor level access to beach. Bedrooms on the first and second levels. Living and Dining rooms are on the third floor. There is a rooftop deck with grills. The bedrooms were comfy and clean. The view of the beach through the large family room were spectacular. Equally enjoyable were the morning coffees shared on the rooftop deck.Jessica, the host, was easily available and quickly responsive.Family members of all ages enjoyed the trips.
