Stayed May 12, 2019This property was beautiful. The home was clean and well equipped. The Views were spectacular ! This home more than exceeded my expectations! The home had every imaginable amenity....including water toys, games, movies, toiletries, spices in the kitchen......I can go on and on....excellent communication with the property manager...WILL be back again!!!!!!!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We absolutely loved this property. The house is beautiful and very well stocked as advertised. The views from the top deck and hot tub are breathtaking. We ate dinner on the top deck and watched the sunset every night. I don’t think there is another property on the island that would offer that view. The pool gets some nice afternoon sunshine and has plenty of space to lounge around and socialize. The cons to the property are few but we did have a couple. The beach area is very rocky and with the winds there, it creates difficult swimming conditions. We were glad we were on the river side which lessened the wind that we were getting. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking gadget and utensil possible, however the cooking area is very tight around the oven, stove and fridge. Only one person can be in that area at a time which for a house this size is a little bit of a challenge. Other than a few minor issues we had no worries the entire week. The host is extremely quick to respond to any questions and handle any issues that come up. This was my first time renting from VRBO and I would definitely do it again based on our experience at Nirvana Shores.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025The management company took care of everything on this trip. Anything you could think of needing was already provided. It made for a stress free vacation. We had a couple issues along the way. There was a leak in a dishwasher that caused water to leak over the kitchen that was taken care of within an hour. The microwave would not turn on, one night and was fixed first thing in the morning. The house and location were better than even in the pictures/video which is saying something. Our biggest issue with the house was that although there are multiple great places to relax, there was not one large outdoor gathering area. Overall, the experience and house were amazing. We would not hesitate to rebook here

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Walking into Nirvana Shores and the first thing we all noticed was how clean and well stocked the house was. We were celebrating my husbands 60th and they had a birthday card waiting on the table. Toys, high chairs, pack and plays were all set up and baby diapers and wipes to get you started was such a nice touch. Weather was perfect and we spent most of the time by the water. Having both the bay and ocean to choose from is an added benefit. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025With 12 of us, aged 8-70, it was in the perfect location. Having the paddle boards and canoes and the pool gave lots of options. We didn’t begin to discover all the neat things in the storage room. My husband said best shell beach we’ve been to. Having the elevator was a huge plus.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We tried to book the house again for next year before we even left and it was booked already if that tells you anything. The most perfect vaca house, the fishing was top tier, heated pool, beach area. BEYOND CLEAN! This is the second time renting through Al and it’s hard to want to go anywhere else bc of the experience. You need for nothing-check in and out is seemless, there’s no cleaning and turning down the house-you just leave. I cannot say enough on how amazing the house, management, and location is….but if you’re the person renting next year and able to switch weekshahah, but seriously. Top tier experience!

Stayed Nov 16, 2024The host went above and beyond to satisfy us and ensure we had a relaxing stay. They thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and well prepared. This house was incredible, with more than enough room for our whole (extended) family. They were extremely well stocked with toiletries (even beyond typical expected hotel type toiletries), linens, toys, beach equipment, kitchen items, etc. The host has seriously thought of everything! We could not have been more pleased. We look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thanks for a great week and fabulous stay! Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024My sisters and I had a wonderful time at Nirvana Shores. The staff has truly taken steps to enhance your vacations with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen . There are complimentary toiletries and extra towels .The beach area has plenty of towels, water shoes , sunscreen and toys. The location is beautiful and we LOVED the fact that there are no last day clean up chores. The whole experience was great.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We had such a great stay here. We fished off the dock, we did see some manatees and caught barracuda! We had so much fun on the waves in the ocean, the road was a little busier that we expected but it wasn't too bad. When they say they have everything, they have EVERYTHING! If we needed it, they got it there within the hour.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This house exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING was provided (except food but a Publix is just up the road)!! The house was spacious and gave all of us a place to gather or spend some alone time. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, using the water toys, walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, making s'mores at the firepit (wood provided!), relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the pool, cooking in the fabulous kitchen with river views, having an unlimited supply of ice via two ice machines!, etc, etc, etc! I should also mention witnessing baby turtles leaving their nest and making their way into the ocean and seeing a mother manatee and her baby swimming in the river right off the dock We definitely give this special place a superior rating and strongly recommend it to any family or group looking for a perfect gathering spot. You will not be disappointed!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This vacation home is fantastic! It’s large and accommodating for extended family. It’s situated on three levels, so we got plenty of exercise! Everything you could want was supplied. You just had to say, “I wish they had a …..” and then open cabinets and drawers until you found it! With access to both the river and the ocean, it was a marine adventure. We had some rainy days but there was plenty to do in the house and on covered outdoor areas. It was a lovely and lively family vacation!
