Stayed Jul 26, 2025Fun place to stay. The patio is great! Love the outdoor shower too. Being able to use the bikes in the garage for a deposit saved us from having to rent or bring our own, which is an awesome convenience. This was my family’s second time renting this house, and I’d do it a third time too!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Pirate decorations were fun for the little ones. Nice to have a separate room and bath for grandpa and grandma! Only complaint was upstairs bedroom carpet needs cleaning. Enjoyable stay and loved the bikes!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We only used the home to sleep as we were gathering at another home on the beach. The home was clean and beds and bedding was clean as well. The check in process was very smooth and the upstairs unit worked well for my parents to have their own space.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023I believe this is the 4th time we’ve stayed here. The location and convenience keep my family coming back. Very responsive hosts. Trying to find a house in Newport with AC is almost impossible. Combine that with the convenience of tankless water heaters, air compressor for bike tires, a full shower outside to wash the beach off, a bbq grill outside…and you’ve got a successful location for the family! We’ll be back next year!

Stayed Jul 7, 2023This is our 2nd time staying here as a family. Already booked our 3rd. The layout works well for our family of 8. Outside shower is good to have. AC is a great benefit. It’s the little things they do that makes the house great…great garage, air compressor, fireplace outside, tankless water heaters, good kitchen with everything you need. Fast, fast responsiveness from the host.
