So many great things to sAy! loved that her manager met us and showed us around. The home is super prepped for a large family or small. Plenty of beach toys, sand chairs, sand blanket,skim boards and umbrellas ! The house sits on the boardwalk so you will see hundreds of people throughout the day! We love people watching so it’s awesome. Garage is handy to park our bikes in and the washer dryer is clutch! The beds are super comfy and all the utensils cups and cooking items were dynamite!

This place was great. The location was very convenient. Great food in walking distance. Grocery store across the street. You are literally right on the beach so the view is obviously great. Really nice sand. Owner provides sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, skim boards, etc. there is also a washer and dryer so you can pack light. Lifeguards are there so you can worry less about the little ones that are just gaining independence around the ocean. The outdoor shower was real convenient. The barbecue grill works well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

So nice to be right on the beach. Walking distance to food, fun and grocery store. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great stay. The location and the view from the house is spectacular. Parking is a bit hairy.

Nothing beats a house right on the beach. Amazing sunsets everyday. This house is within walking distance to all you need-restaurants, grocery store and entertainment. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of shower towels, beach chairs, sand toys and more. Check in was easy. We were so sad to leave. The only negative is the garage size. You get one parking spot in a shared garage but if the 2 cars are not compact, there is no way 2 cars will fit. And if you bring bikes they won't fit in garage with 2 cars also. But that is an easy fix-just find parking on the street and store all your bikes and toys in the garage. That's how we made it work. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The property is in a great location on the boardwalk and very convenient access to the grocery store and restaurants/Lido Island is within walking distance. Inside the home has been remodeled and it was clean and equipped with a great kitchen.

Our family of six enjoyed this property. Right on the beach and great location. An awesome property to escape the heat to. Wish there was a/c the last two days.

The property was right on the sand, it seemed to me in the best part of the beach on Balboa peninsula. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, including a well supplied grocery (Pavilions), but not so close as to hear noises. The apartment had a reasonable kitchen, TV's with HBO, and 2 full bathrooms. In addition there was an outside shower for washing off the sand before going into the house. Last, but not least, the owner, Diane, was very responsive and polite.
