The home offers a king bed, a queen bed, Queen Sleeper sofa, and playful kid’s only bunk bed with a slide, as well as a living room, a family room, a dining area, and a game room. Stay close to the vibrant life of Downtown Sturgeon Bay while enjoying the tranquility of this property--just a short drive from local attractions,dining, and shopping.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower and double vanity, ensuite to Bedroom 1
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub shower combo, hair dryer

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This property is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.
