Wonderful place. The views are amazing. The house was very clean and well supplied. Great location for hikes. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves and walking down to the shore. Absolutely loved our time there.

It was a nice big house we had eight adults four couples and we all had our own rooms. The beds were amazingly comfortable all of us commented on that. The bathrooms were quite large and were very clean. The kitchen living room and dining area was quite large and we loved all the windows. We used the deck a lot and the fire pit area was really nice. When we were there we visited a lot of the cute touristy towns in door county none of them were very far away so it was a good location. We really liked roost & banter coffee shop in Baileys Harbor and five out of our group did a fishing excursion out of Baileys Harbor with Lake Shore Adventures and caught many salmon. My only critique would be there were eight of us and only 6 chairs around the fire we couldn’t find any more. All the windows on the outside around the edges were so full of cobwebs that we had to clean the outside of the main patio door we used just not to get full of them. Other than that we would totally come back to this place again. Thank you for such a nice place to stay

We had an amazing stay in Jacksonport! The house is beautiful and was everything we needed. The owners left a very nice welcome basket for when we arrived.

Awesome location. So close to parks and delicious food in Baileys Harbor. Large house with plenty of room to spread out. Big kitchen with every thing you need to cook.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Our group of eight had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk right down to the lake. It’s very rocky there, but we were able to put our kayaks in. One thing to be aware of is a couple of the bedrooms get very bright when the sun comes up. Sleep masks would be a good idea for anyone who is not an early riser. It was hot when we were there so being on the cooler lake side was refreshing even though we had to drive longer to get to a lot of places. Bailey’s Harbor is not very far and has good food, beer and coffee places. We enjoyed being so close to Cave Point park. It was an easy walk to get there and also a great picnic spot. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

This home is beautiful, inside and out. Obviously very special to the family who designed and built it, the house allows the beauty of the nature surrounding it to also be seen and enjoyed in every room inside. The house was spotless and comfortable, and the owners obviously took great care in providing guests with everything that's needed. The view and surrounding landscape are outstanding. The shoreline, rocky but still easily accessible, is gorgeous. Meandering paths throughout the property, most likely lovingly created, provided peaceful strolls to enjoy woodland plants and hidden gems like statuary and unusual larch needle balls. (Look it up!) It was a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The location is primo, right on Lake Michigan. Cold for kiddos to swim, but Kangaroo and Clark Lakes are nearby. The architecture takes advantage of the location. Very clean and modern. Jacksonport is hopping during the summer and you are not far away from activity.
