House was amazing and had everything you could possibly need! The host was easy to communicate with and always got right back to me.

What a fantastic time my family and I had at this stunning home!!!! Amy and Rod were super available and responded pretty much immediately to any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities. The home is so well appointed and very clean. The view from the rooftop is just incredible! I seriously cannot say enough about this lovely home!

We had such an amazing visit over Thanksgiving!! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our multi-generational family of 8. The elevator was so helpful for my Dad who has a hard time with stairs. It's in a perfect location to walk/bike to anything you need. Amazing sunset views and patios. And Amy was the sweetest with her fast communication and wonderful recommendations!!

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was at the happy place!! It was MAGICAL. Amy went above and beyond!!! The house is absolutely stunning, and the views are INCREDIBLE. We were in awe when we first arrived!! Some of our favorite things were hanging out on the patio with the fire on, the rooftop hot tub, being walking distance to SO many things (coffee, lunch, shopping), biking the boardwalk, and we could go on and on!! The kids lived their absolute BEST lives running out on the beach right when they woke up, and Amy had all sorts of fun games for them like cornhole and board games! The rooms are so clean and comfortable which is a big deal for us!! We loved how Amy checked in and sent us the best recommendations throughout our trip.. it really made it so so special and we are already planning our next trip back!!

Amy is the absolute best host. I held my 30th birthday here & from day 1 she was so kind and helpful in accommodating me & my friends making recommendations! The property is absolutely stunning & location could not be better. The home is walkable to coffee shops, workout spots, restaurants and more. On our last night we even cancelled our Nobu plans so we could order in and enjoy the sunset from the rooftop. Will for sure book again in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family!

We arrived as a family of six adults and my daughter’s 1-year-old son, and from the moment we walked in, everyone instantly fell in love with the property—a rare thing for a group that travels as much as we do. Pictures simply cannot do it justice. The views from the main floor overlooking the beach and boardwalk are stunning, and they only get better as you move up—first from the master suite, and then from the top floor where the view is absolutely breathtaking while soaking in the Jacuzzi, or eating dinner after having a BBQ on a top of the line equipment. The front deck with its fireplace ties it all together perfectly.Amy was beyond amazing as a host, and the home itself is flawless. It felt like a second home we might have built ourselves—inviting, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Even the AV control system was intuitive and worked seamlessly, which is seldom the case in high-end rentals.The house not only lived up to its description but surppassed it in every way. Amy and her husband did a phenomenal job creating this home, and with all the thoughtful touches—bikes, paddleboards, spacious garage, beach chairs, and more—it provided everything we could have hoped for. Yes, it is a costly rental, but it is worth every dollar and then some.Anytime we come to Newport in the future I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Our family had an absolutely incredible stay in this gorgeous new home. This is certainly one of the most beautiful homes on the peninsula and a perfect spot for family and friends get-togethers. The host family could not have been sweeter and more welcoming to our family and helpful throughout our stay. They thought of absolutely everything in this newly built home. Wonderful location, a few short blocks from the busy pier, but just far enough to not have overwhelming foot traffic in front of the house. Highly recommend!

We cannot rave enough about this beautiful beachfront home! Our family had the best week making memories here and plan on making it an annual tradition!Whether we were sitting by the fire pit people watching, sipping coffee on one of the many peaceful balconies, day dreaming out at the ocean; we never wanted our time to end.The hosts were friendly, engaged and went above and beyond to help make our stay special.The decor is breathtaking and we loved how every detail of the home was so thoughtfully and stylishly designed with every comfort in mind!
