    My spouse and I had a relaxing and enjoyable month at this lovely, convenient home near the beach. We took morning and evening walks on the sand and the cliffs, enjoying the sunset nearly every day. Our college-aged daughter visited us on the weekends, bringing friends to enjoy the beach. We walked a block to the farmer's market every Saturday morning, make sure you find the booths selling cracked almond butter and 9-grain bread! We used the electric bikes to explore the area, including Balboa Island. The property manager, Julie, was highly responsive and friendly. She checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything that we needed. The house was well appointed with comfy beds, a cozy TV room, and a powerful fireplace. We will be staying here again!

    My family and I stayed here for our annual summer vacation. The property was extremely clean and located in a great neighborhood. The property manager Julie was very communicative and addressed everything we needed in a timely manner.

    We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was clean and situated perfectly (2 houses from the beach and a few blocks to Coast highway). We frequently make trips to SoCal and will definitely consider staying here again if available. Many thanks to the owner and property manager!

    We stayed at this cute beach home for 6 months and really enjoyed our stay. The home is equipped with all the amenities and the location is amazing! Close walking distance to so many great restaurants, farmers market and much more. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the flower streets in cdm.

    This was a perfect place for our family. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is less than a block off the beach. The hosts / property manager were great and available for anything needed. Our stay was wonderful!!!

    Nice home attached to a rental unit. So a little noise. Easy walk to the beach and into town for casual dining. Difficult to use TV and cable, not fully operating at the beginning of our stay. ADT alarm not working completely. Several lights burned out. My suggestion to the management team was they extend the checklist a bit to make sure all is in working order. Management team friendly and responsive -- but working fully is better than fast repairs.
