Luxury home right on the Boardwalk/Beach

This is a pristine property with luxurious finishes. From tempur-pedic mattresses, Wolf appliances, beautiful art pieces, and the tub that overlooks the ocean -everything detail is perfect. No trouble taking your luggage to each floor with the elevator.. From the third floor deck you can see the sunset over the ocean and the moon rise over Newport Beach. The owners are so kind, always quick to respond and truly interested in your stay being a happy one.

Stayed for 3 weeks in July 2019, 2 Adults and 2 teenage children. It was a big call for us to commit as we came all the way from New Zealand and it was our first VRBO experience too. However the house is a beautiful beachfront property (exactly as per the VRBO photos) and in a great location between the two piers so not too busy. From biking around I would say its in the top handful of properties on the beachfront. The house is appointed to a very standard (Air Con, Icemakers, bathroom ensuites, a great roof-top deck, internal garage etc) There are also 4 e-bikes which are the best way to get around the Peninsula during the day and in the evening. Last but not least Jim and Karen were delightful and fantastic at helping with the inevitable query we had from time-to-time.

This beautiful new luxury home offers every ingredient for a quintessential Southern California beach experience -- in the perfect location on the beach & boardwalk in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula! I was here for a guys gathering but this every-comfort home would also be great for families of young, old or extended, couples trips, gourmands/foodies, active people or sofa-slugs, yachtsman/yachtswomen or ANYONE lucky enough to book this for your beach stay. The views from all levels are stunning, the beach & ocean are your playground. The efficient & ample ocean-front entertainment areas for Pacific sunsets & socializing right on the boardwalk also can't be beat. In case you didn't know Newport Beach is compact & you can get everywhere in the heart of Newport Beach in only minutes either by bike, foot or Uber. With compactness of real estate on beaches here like many places this home's elevator is a key feature useful not so much on the trip I was on but I think important for some of you reading this. If you love luxury, the beauty of beaches & the Pacific Ocean or like to cocoon, socialize or hit the town, this home meets those with even the most discriminating accommodating needs.

We had a great time! I had the opportunity to walk the boardwalk everyday. Each day, I would hear people rave about how the property was by far the best beachfront on the boardwalk. It's modern, spacious, beautiful and on the beach, what more can you ask for! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a vacation in style. Thank you!

For a once in a lifetime vacation, this is the place to go. A spacious comfortable home with a chef ready kitchen located one step from the Newport Beach boardwalk and five steps from the beach. Besides surfing, sunbathing, and beach volleyball, you can walk to fun bars and restaurants, or ride one of their electric bikes to the nearby ferry for shopping on Balboa Island. After a day of fun at the beach, we relaxed by barbequeing on the third floor deck as the sun went down. After dinner, we enjoyed drinks in front of a fire pit with a great view of the City lights. Newport Beach is NOT Los Angeles. It has more of a Cape Cod vibe. Quiet during the week, a hectic kind of fun on the weekend. If you are into boating, this is the place to go. If not, there is plenty other stuff to do. We had a blast.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. We found it spotless and fully equipped with everything you need to cook in a stunning kitchen, three floors of exquisite views, with the rooftop stealing the show. There was no need to go anywhere, but it is in a great area with easy access to many restaurants and shopping. We also walked on the boardwalk daily and rode bikes everywhere. We plan on making it a yearly destination.

The home is beautifully decorated and located right on the beach and boardwalk with all glass in the back for great views of the beach and sunset. It has easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. (made even easier if you use the electric bikes). We enjoyed relaxing on the decks on all 3 levels with great views of the beach. It's beautifully furnished and the kitchen and whole house is well equipped with everything you need. It even has an elevator. The owners were great to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home. We definitely plan to return.

Located right on the beach boardwalk, less than 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and local pubs along the boardwalk. For those who want to just relax on the front patio, plenty of people watching time with a front row seat. Comfort and convenience throughout the house, not to mention the latest in all appliance technology. Bedding and bath spacious on all floors. Enjoy, we certainly did. This is the perfect place to stay if you want a true Southern California beach experience and a genuine beach town vibe while enjoying every imaginable luxury...right on the beach! No need to drive anywhere..everything is walkable or reachable by the electric bikes provided. Join in on the boardwalk scene either by sitting and watching it go by or by jumping in yourself. Great place!

The home was everything you see in the pictures and more! Amazing views on every level. We sat downstairs and watched people walk/ride by on the boardwalk, relaxed on the porch swing outside the master bedroom, and enjoyed sunset views from the rooftop by the fireplace. Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. If you want to get there quicker, ride the electric bikes. They are a blast! In addition to everything else, they have a boat and captain available for charter. We had a wonderful evening taking a sunset cruise around the harbor and along the coast. It was a highlight! The home is impeccably outfitted; we had everything we needed. Jim and Karen were incredible hosts. They answered all of our questions and ensured we had a wonderful vacation.
