Luxury Barn with Hot Tub

Beautiful well equipped house. Lots of room for 4 couples. Comfy beds, hot tub, loads of towels, games room was a bonus. 20 minutes walk to beach. Great place, communicative and flexible hosts.

We had an amazing stay at High Barn celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday and the new year. Everything was of such a high standard and the kitchen was so well equipped. We loved the hot tub and the games room and enjoyed playing the board games that were left for us to enjoy. The welcome pack was great as were all the little touches like toys, blankets and biscuits for our dog. Thank you so much, we would love to return.

The house was fantastic. So much better than we expected. It was decorated for Xmas, everywhere was spotless and the hot tub went down a storm!

What a find! We stayed at High Barn for a family birthday celebration and had the most amazing time. The barn is beautiful with so many thoughtful details. We were welcomed with a lovely food basket and the dogs were welcomed with treats, blankets and toys. The games room was enjoyed throughout the weekend, as well as the hot tub overlooking the open fields. The top floor master suite is out of this world. We enjoyed the local area, walking on the beach, going to Dunes Cafe for breakfast and of course seeing the seals at Horsey Beach. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at High Barn. We all had a fabulous time, the barn is fantastic as surpassed our expectations. Communication was quick and easy and the barn was spotlessly clean. We had some lovely walks with our dogs on the beautiful beaches nearby and the barn was set in the lovely, quiet countryside. In fact we loved it so much we have booked to go back again next year!

We used the house for a family milestone birthday and we’re not disappointed. The house is so beautiful and set in a lovely quiet spot in the middle of farm land. It was equipped to a super high standard in every respect, especially the kitchen, the hot tub was fun too. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and could not have done more to make us welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone.

What an amazing stay. The property has got everything you need for a fantastic stay. The property was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was very easy. The rooms were all as described with plenty of room for our group. The games room was an amazing space for the kids. The hot tub was perfect and the bbq was a great addition. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you would need for a stay. The location is great to access lots of Norfolk. Highly recommended!
