Luxury Barn, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly

The Barn was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high standard and Thomas the owner was extremely helpful. He had bought classy Christmas decorations which gave the barn a great atmosphere. Excellent 1m dog walk to the beach and plenty of inland walks at your doorstep too. Excellent lunch in The Star at Lessingham.

Just go to back from a week stay at Field Barn Happisburgh. From booking it to checking out our whole experience was 5 Star. The accommodation was amazing and on arrival had the Wow factor throughout. Attention to detail in each room was fab and the garden was fantastic for our spaniel (very secure ) . Having the hot tub to relax in the evening was superb and we enjoyed using the barbecue. We were very blessed with the weather but great base to explore North Norfolk and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We will def be back. Being on one level for us was great as my Step Father isn’t as mobile as he was. Thank you for having us x

An excellent property where every little detail has been thought about. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and once the hedging has matured it will be very private but please don’t let it spoil the rural views!

We had an amazing 5 days at field barn. The house is wonderful, so comfortable and has absolutely everything that you need for a wonderful stay. There were plenty of spaces for all three children to study for their GCSEs and A-levels whilst my husband and I went for lovely dog walks. I can highly recommend field barn.

We had a great stay at Field Barn. There was everything you could need in the whole property and a kitchen that had everything you could need even a cake mixer! The underfloor heating made the property feel very cosy.

Well what can I say the owners have thought of everything, it’s a super stylish property but also super comfy, really great living room and sumptuous beds, a truly wonderful place, with all the home comforts you could need An added bonus having the hot tub, and EV charging. Sadly we had to cut our stay short as one of dogs was really poorly but we will definitely be back. Wonderful place and owners in a beautiful part of the country what’s not to love.

We stayed just before Christmas and it was decorated beautifully! The tree was huge! The owners put a lot of time and effort into making the property feel very Christmasy.The house was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay and there were even dog toys for our dogs to play with! The beds were also super comfortable.We would definitely stay again!

A very spacious barn conversion,mostly spotlessly clean,just found a few plates and cutlery that had caked on food where the previous people had not cleaned properly and cleaners not checked.Beautiful garden and lovely decor.Found it a bit cold and couldn’t get it warm easily.Tv in lounge needs a sound bar as such a big space and sound not good.None of these things are hugely important but just wanted to mention.Lovely area,went to Horsey beach to see seals,fabulous sight.Went to the lighthouse inn nearby for a couple of lovely meals and very dog friendly

Field Barn looked amazing from the photos but still managed to surpass all expectations. We had an amazing stay. The property is fantastic, spacious, ridiculously well equipped and very comfortable. We only wish we had booked for longer!

Had an excellent stay at field barn every thing taken care of , down to treats for the dogs . Have rebooked for next year but in the smallest barn can’t wait to go back!!!!
