Home has modern appliances, new bbq, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens two bath tubs and a patio with fire pit in the front of the Home. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patiois great for breakfast next to the water. In the Garage we have an EV charger as well. 3 full bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. WiFi speeds of up 1 Gigabit in most of the Home. Lots of sunlight and amenities including kayaks and 2 bikes. Beach wagon, beach towels, and chairs if desired. Ground floor bedroom is easily accessible for elderly persons.

Large garage provides easy parking.

Private dock, roof patio and water access provides additional serenity and quiet. Sunrise, moon rise and sunset views!
