This luxurious 4 BR 2 BA oceanfront home on the boardwalk offers spectacular views of Catalina Island, Huntington Beach and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Just blocks from the Newport Pier, plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery shopping are within walking distance. Lido Island, Balboa Island, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are nearby. Restaurants within walking distance include 21 Oceanfront, Nobu, Tupelo Junction Cafe, Fly N Fish Oyster Bar & Grill, Bluewater Grill, Cannery, Charlie's Chili, Crab Cooker, Mama D's Italian Kitchen, Mutt Lynch's, Alta Coffee, Newport Beach Coffee Company and many more.
This downstairs split level unit features two bedrooms, each with a California king bed with attached shower bathroom. Additional bedrooms include two twin beds and a full bed. The living room has a television with cable and WiFi access with direct access to the patio. The gated patio has tables and chairs, a propane BBQ and a retractable awning. An outside shower is available. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, baking pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and microwave oven. Attached garage includes two tandem parking spots, washer and dryer and water softener. This home easily accommodates two families.
Duffy boat, kayak, paddle board and bike rentals along with two playgrounds (one on the boardwalk and Marina Park on the bay) are within walking distance. No automobile is necessary to enjoy all the peninsula has to offer.
Newport Beach is a wonderful destination with great surfing, sunbathing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, dining, and shopping. Minutes away from Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium of Anaheim and Honda Center. Other beach communities, including Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente and Del Mar to the south and Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, Seal Beach and Long Beach to the north, are easy accessible within a short drive.

    This home is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the grocery, resteraunts, and shops. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The onsite laundry was great to keep all the towels clean.

    We had the most amazing time at this beautiful well maintained beach house!! Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The house had everything you could possibly need, and INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! We will be making this an annual trip!!

    My family and I had an unforgettable experience at this beachfront home in Newport. The location simply cannot be beat; it's just steps away from the water, making it convenient for our family to move between the beach and the house with ease. Accommodation for the Whole Family We traveled with our five children, ranging from ages 2-12, and found the property to be spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Indoor-Outdoor Living One of our favorite features was the sliding doors that opened up the living space to the ocean breeze. We kept them open all day, which created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The kids loved it, and so did we. It felt like the beach was an extension of the living room. Convenience What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the convenience of being so close to the water. No need to pack up a day's worth of supplies to go to the beach; it was incredibly easy to walk back and forth for bathroom breaks, lunch, or anything else we needed. This made our vacation so much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been. Conclusion Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better beachfront experience.

    This was such a cozy, and comfortable place. The owner was so polite and accommodating. Everyone was thrilled with the location of the rental and amount of space this unit had to offer. 4 nice bedrooms accommodated our whole family very comfortably. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

    The location was amazing! Close to everything and the view from the downstairs patio was fantastic! My mom enjoyed sitting and people watching! The barbecue was convenient and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place.

    Great central location near shops, stores and right on the beach. Clean rental with easy communication with the host. Would definitely rent again.
