If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying here. It was clean and had great proximity to the beach. We didn’t realize there was a 4th bathroom when we booked so that was a nice surprise. There were fans in the closets which were great to get some air moving. Some things that we thought would make this place the best at ever would be making sure there was a good broom in the unit. No one likes sand all over the floors and it would be nice if we could clean up after ourselves. A TV added in the other bedrooms would also be nice. Other than that you can’t really beat this place. We’ve stayed in almost every rental in Newport, staying here once or twice a year for the last 20 years. We definitely would like to stay here again. Unfortunately I tried to book for next year and the price was hiked up over $600 than what I payed. Pretty bummed about that since it’s over our budget. Had a great time though.
We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was very clean and spacious. I love the fact that is was the ground floor. Every room has a bathroom one of the bathroom showers was tiny! lol but we thought it was super creative. The house does have some wear and tear, but that is to be expected. Such as the blinds falling apart but that comes with the territory of renting the space to different people. No AC, but we had a nice breeze from outside and the home supplied plenty of fans for the rooms and area. Parking was good for us we got pretty blessed each time we needed to park outside of the one stall. Washer and dryer great and happy we didn’t have to pay to wash. Bonus and the best part, we were super close to the beach! We loved it! My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good. House was clean, but no inside mats for the doors or kitchen. We used our beach towels and shook it out daily. It is really necessary for the sand and when we were there it rained. It said there was laundry but we did not have it in our unit. The master bedroom has a really creaky bed. Kept us up anytime either of us moved. Needs a boxspring. Kitchen is minimum on the supplies - 3 bedroom house (says for 6 ) but only 4 plates. No spatulas. We had to use wood tools and that were not good for the job. We had no dish towels, asked vacasa for those and towels for the hall bath that had nothing. Said they would deliver... but they never came. We were there for 5 days. Looked like recently updated they just missed some of the essentials to make it a #10 stay.
House was great big and plent my of space. So close to beach. About 1.5 Mille walk to balboa. Do able but would recommend having bikes. We brought a gas fire pit for patio and it worked great.
This is a very clean house and wonderful location. Definitely will be back.
