Good year lake getaway! Hottub, on water, sleeps11! Oneonta Cooperstown Close!

Great property for families looking to explore the area and have some family time away from home! We had an extended family reunion weekend and it was wonderful.

Just a wonderful as advertised!

The house was perfect for my family and another family while we each had a kid stay at Cooperstown Dreams Park for a week of baseball. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us and our two boys when they needed a break from the bunk house and spend the night with us. The 4 kids in total kept busy with the fun games and plenty of space separate from the adults. Kayaks and a canoe were available but we found we were too tired after long days of baseball. Relaxing on the deck with a drink overlooking the water was good enough for us. Getting down to the water might be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues. Overall, the house was exactly what we needed for a busy week of baseball, relaxing when we had finished our day and sleeping like a log to start the process all over again!

This property was absolutely phenomenal! The owners were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. The house was fantastic, spacious, clean, and had every single thing we needed.

Perfect baseball rental. Room enough for everyone and the lake gave the boys hours of entertainment!

The house is great for families coming in for Cooperstown tournaments. It is about 20 minutes to All Star Village. They have a cart for helping you move in/out from bunkhouses! We were 6 adults and 3 children, all fit into the bedrooms. Mary was very nice and quick to answer our questions and help. Overall the house was clean but it is not well maintained. The basement door a seal is broken, so water came into the basement during rain storms. There is a dehumidifier in the basement but it needs to be manually emptied, so not effective. One adult in our party was having an allergic reaction to mold. The first level of the house does not have air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms have window units. The queen bedroom does not have privacy curtains. We lost hot water for a day, Mary was responsive and did work to get this repaired quickly. The hot tub had debris and green water. Some windows did not have screens, some screens were hanging out, there are spiderwebs on the outside of some windows. Lightbulbs were missing. One lamp in the playroom had a broken switch but was still turning on, seemed like a fire hazard so we unplugged it. The house is very roomy but the dining furniture can not accommodate large groups to sit together. Dining room table sits 4 and eat in kitchen table sits 4.

The pictures don’t do justice for how gorgeous this house is! Close to Cooperstown and Oneonta, perfect place to stay while the boys played baseball! Highly recommended!

Our group of friends needed a place to meet up to go to a concert at Ommegang, and a place to hang out afterward, and stay the night. This house was perfect for us. It’s huge and clean and our last night drive home was only 15-20 minutes. We’re so happy to have found a great place to stay.

The house was spacious and worked perfectly for 3 couples attending a nearby wedding! The hosts were quick to answer questions.

Close to Cooperstown, great amenities for kids and my son caught good sized fish in the lake.
