At Home Base III,1 of 4 units You'll feel right at home, 1/2 mile to Dreams Park

Perfect for a Coopertowns visit for a family of 6. No complaints, everything was as expected. The yard, fire pit and basketball court were a plus. Close to the baseball park and surrounding attractions…our friends rented the home base next to us so we could all hang but also have our own space…it was good, you won’t regret this one.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It was the perfect size for our family and came fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra linens. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it super convenient for our daily trips to the games. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially families with players at the park!

We arrived after a long day of travel and crazy check in at Cooperstown Dreams. House was clean and so close you can truly hear the games from the back porch. Made running back and forth to baseball games etc very easy. View out back was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our stay a great time!!

Our property was wonderful. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and so close to the Dream Park dir games. We are hoping to come back in two years for our other grandson.

Property is well stocked. Easy 2 minute drive to Dreams Park. Nice sized porch overlooking a Beautiful yard. Hosts are easily reachable and pleasant to deal with.

Home Base III worked out perfectly for our family. The home was very clean upon arrival with sheets and towels provided. 1min drive to the park made stopping at the house between games or rain delays very convenient. Plenty of parking and the basketball court and fire pit got plenty of use. There are two other properties on the same grounds, so planning with a group makes it a fun experience. Wifi and a modern tv was great for us to connect our streaming services to watch a local little league chip their way to the World Series. Owners were friendly and very responsive to our messages.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rental, the spacious porch, yard and living room. Everything we needed was there including utensils, garbage bags, coffee makers and etc… The house was perfectly clean and nicely designed.

This was just .5 mile from the entrance to Dreams Park. The home was very clean and stocked for your basic needs. The property owners were very nice and let you know they were there for any issues. We would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Our stay at At Home Base III was absolutely perfect! The home was clean and located so close to Dreams Park. The owners, the Morrison's, are located right across the street and were very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck and prepared BBQ dinners on the grill. Also made s'mores in the fire pit a few nights. We also enjoyed the fireworks from closing ceremonies right from the back yard. I will recommend At Home Base III to all my friends going to Cooperstown Dream Park for years to come! Thank you Morrison's for providing a wonderful home for baseball families visiting Cooperstown.
