Stayed Jul 18, 2025This place is amazing!!! First off the hosts were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Most communications via text were replied to within minutes. The property was perfect. We were in town for dreams park and it was just the right distance for us to get away but close enough that it wasn’t a far drive. The property was beautiful with ponds, baseball field and firepits. I suggest bringing fishing poles as the bass were biting. Inside the Cabin was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and dishes. The bbq was a plus as we like to outdoor cook. Everything worked great and having the laundry inside was the best. Overall we absolutely recommend the cozy cabin for anyone looking for something that has everything.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We were traveling for our son to play at Cooperstown Dreams Park and found the perfect place to spend the week. We were about 12 minutes away from the fields. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful with ponds to fish in and horses to pet. The cozy cabin was extremely clean and welcoming and provided everything we needed. The host was great and made things easy for us. We highly recommend this place!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Frank was a wonderful host. We had a couple of issues (an appliance not working) and he immediately fixed them. This was a wonderful place to relax in between games at Dreams Park. It took us right at 10 minutes to get to the fields. It was so lovely to come to this property, secluded from the rest of the world and the baseball crowds, to relax!
