Charming 2 bedroom cottage overlooking Arnold Lake under 10 min to CDP

We stayed here Aug 5th - 11th. My younger son was playing the week long tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was perfect for my husband & I & our older son. Only 12 min from the park. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Lynne the host was easily accessible for questions or concerns. The lake was beautiful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided. Beautiful spot. Would def stay again.

Cozy cabin with easy access to the lake! Nice to have laundry in the house as we were traveling before and after our week stay. Owner is very communicative .

My son was playing at Dreams and we wanted to be on the water but also wanted to be close to the field. This was the PERFECT spot on Arnold Lake. It was about 10-15 minutes from the field. The cabin was so spacious, and the owner has provided so many things you may need in the cabin (washer, dryer, box fans, small stroller, hangers, all the kitchen things, etc). We used the fishing poles and the kayaks every day that we had a little free time. It was also very clean. Owner was so good about getting back to me on little questions I had. We will remember our stay forever!

This is in a wonderfully peaceful location. The house is very nice with a large living and kitchen area and comfortable bed rooms. We had so much fun kayaking in the two kayaks provided. Highly recommend!

Just a wonderful property, clean and well laid out. Weather was not cooperative, but sitting on the deck is a relaxing exercise. The lake is beautiful, nice views from the house. Hosts are easy to deal with, and at the same time provide excellent instructions for your stay. Highly recommended

This was the most beautiful cabin we stayed in and it truly brought the magical feeling of Cooperstown that so many people talk about! It was the most perfect place to stay for our family and when we had down time from Cooperstown Games, it was the best place to go and relax. My boys were able to catch a ton of fish for the first time at Arnold Lake (the fish love the Nightcrawlers). The Camp Host Lynne was so kind to allow us to use the Fishing poles and the Kayaks. We were able to get on the lake and just truly have an enjoyable family vacation while also going back and forth for the ballgames my son was playing in. We also saw so many fun animals like deer's, frogs, turtles, and fireflies during our stay. The fireflies were so magical at night to see and try to catch with my kids. This lake house cottage is not far from Cooperstown, only about 12 minute drive but the location and being tucked back near the lake, makes it seem so far. The house is well stocked with everything you may need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a grill and coffee pot. The firepits were super enjoyable at night roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine. The breeze at night was really comforting and kept things cooler. The beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean. There is only 1 bathroom, which was fine for us and only 2 bedrooms. The Couch/futon did fold out and my kids camped out in the living room watching movies at night. Do make sure the fan is on while showering, it will set off the smoke alarm and the water heater/water pump makes a funny sound when refilling, startles you at first. We are so happy to have stayed here and would definitely come back again not just for Cooperstown but a family vacation.

Lynne’s home at Camp Easley is a perfect location, less than 15 minutes away from Dreams Park. The home is cozy and well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. The wraparound porch overlooking the lake is where we spent most of our time and the lake is beautiful morning till night. This is the perfect rental to relax and reset and get away.

This is a beautiful property over looking lake Arnold. I enjoyed sitting outside on the porch with my coffee every morning. The house is clean and spacious with every you need to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property.
