We could not have been happier with our choice of Cooperstown rental. Like so many others, our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. The location of Home Base IV was perfect for us--we are not always the most organized bunch, so staying close by was essential :) Honestly, most of our time was at the field or out-and-about. But when we were at Home Base IV, the location provided plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. My daughter loved playing basketball when we were at the house, and the other dads enjoyed late evenings on the back porch. I highly recommend Home Base IV!

Stayed here last week for the Dreamspark tourney. Home is clean, and has everything you need. It’s basic but worked well for our families. The best part of the home is that it is so close to the fields and only 5 minutes from town. I would recommend for any family staying in Cooperstown for baseball.

Our cabin was very clean, and it had almost everything we needed. Us and a few other families from our team rented three of the cabins, so we were able to have a team get together, which was an absolute blast. We did a meal for the boys, and then they played basketball on the court and whiffleball in the huge, well-manicured area behind the cabins. An added bonuses that it’s close to Cooperstown. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for relaxing. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and walking the beautiful property.

We stayed at Home Base IV last week and had a nice stay. The location can’t be beat if your player is at Dreams Park. It’s just a minute (if even) drive over to the park. We could actually hear games from the back deck. This is especially nice when there are rain delays, long breaks between games or if you forget something. It’s very easy to run home from the park. The house was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The owners were communicative leading up to our stay and were on property and available if we needed anything. The siblings enjoyed the basketball net and large property to run around on! WiFi and AC were good! The master bedroom bed is very firm, so if you prefer a softer bed you may want to bring an egg crate or topper to throw on.

Boys were playing at Dreams Park and this house was the most perfect location! Easy to navigate in and out of the park, property managers were great to communicate with, and beds were comfy.

Clean and ready when we arrived. Nice space for family or two. Lots of outdoor space to play games and enjoy outside. Owners are close and happy to help with anything needed. Super close to Dreams Park so you don’t have to leave super early to get there everyday. Highly recommend this spot.
