Stayed Sep 19, 2025Family Tides exceeded our expectations. From a fully stocked kitchen to paddle boards and kayaks, from bathroom toiletries to family board games, dominoes and cards.... ping pong, water shoes, mask/snorkels, bikes...i could go on! Publix, cvs and Walgreens less than 20 minutes away. It was a perfect family weekend for my wifes 60th birthday! My eldest son loved fishing in the river, caught 2 snooks. He released them to live on of course.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025..very nice ..only 2 complaints... lock on front door took 2 to 4 trys to work... recumbent bike doesn't work... adjustment also painted shut on bike leaving strong paint fumes in garage...very nice overall...

Stayed Feb 22, 2025You could walk out the front and stand in the ocean or head out the back and walk across the street to the river to paddleboard and Kayak. We stay in VRBO's a lot and this home was stocked with supplies like I have never seen before. We grilled out every night and were able to spend real quality time with our friends and family. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. The only words of caution are that the stairs are narrow and steep, we kept my Mom on the main level to minimize the number of times she had to go up or down them. Regarding the stairs, they do have baby gates so you don't have to worry about small children.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024House was 100% as-advertised, with all the extras you could wish for. Our family enjoyed all the beach toys (kayaks, sand toys, paddle board, etc) and spent many hours fishing in the lagoon right off the dock. The house was in great condition, very clean, and fully stocked. The surrounding area had plenty to afford, with sea life, air shows, and more. We'd love to rent this location and/or other sister properties in the future again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024As always, we had a great stay with Beach Houses in Paradise. The house had everything we needed and some. The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and linens. The location is amazing. My boys love going back and forth from the river to the ocean. My husband and I loved taking long walks to the inlet. Bathtub beach was just a short walk and we did that daily. We also enjoyed doing the many puzzles on rainy days. We can't wait to go back!

They even supplied us with items we didn’t even think of! House was in the perfect location and the beach was amazing! Steps from our home and water was delicious! We even got see see sea turtles💙 This management company made our stay amazing, he took amazing care of us before trip with lots of helpful information and up to the last day he was reaching out making sure everything was perfect. Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was our first time in the Stuart area & our first time with BHP and now we can't rent from any other place because it was that AMAZING! We have stayed in many rentals but nothing ever like this in terms of the amenities & service. The descriptions of what's provided seem too good to be true but it's even better! Ample space with 7 adults including grandparents and 4 kids ages 1- 15. There are a lot of steps- we had no issues, but something to consider for those with mobility issues. We loved that baby gates were provided for them. The house is so family friendly! If you have babies or toddlers, there were pack n plays on each floor- spotlessly clean. Same for everything provided. I can't stress enough how everything is provided making traveling so much easier. Publix is close and delivers. This house is so amazing that despite having sun pouring in morning and night, it still stayed cold with supplemental A/C units. Even the garage! We loved the views from the house, the private beach and clear waters & sunsets on the dock. There was little reason to ever leave. We watched sea turtles hatch right from the deck. It's in a quiet area but the house offers so many things to do that we could have stayed months without getting bored! I can not recommend Family Tides and BHP management enough. AMAZING in every way! Pro tip: rent a boat & ask if they will deliver to the private dock & check out Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center (2 miles away- great for adults and kids)
