Stayed Aug 20, 2025The property is clean and well equipped, not only for fun activities & games, but in terms of safety for our babies and their needs, to include baby gates, high chairs and play pens. Management is very acommodating and responsive. We had a blast making memories at Eden Beach House and plan to be back!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Eden did not disappoint! Our group had an amazing week in this house. Two families traveling together, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and were very pleased to find nearly every staple we needed in the pantry. There were plenty of dishes/utensils/cookware, and the large dining table was great for our group. The kids played in the ocean right outside the back door, and on days when the surf was a little too much, we took a short walk south to bathtub beach and let them swim there. When the listing says the house has everything you could need, it is completely accurate! And the guest passes to the Marriott were a huge bonus—we enjoyed the pools, the tennis courts, and the 24 hour fitness center! I 100% recommend this house for a relaxing and fun family vacation!

Stayed Aug 19, 2024See the sunrise in the back on the ocean & see the sunset in the front on the river. The water is only a few steps from the house. It's the most well-equipped rental house we've ever stayed in! There are spices; an icemaker appliance; disposable plates, cups, & plasticware if you want to avoid dishes sometimes; dishwasher detergent & dishwashing soap; paper towels, napkins, kleenex, & toilet paper; beach towels; extra bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, & kitchen towels; each bathroom has a nice selection of toiletries for both men & women; bathrobes (not to take home) & slippers are provided for each guest (the nicer robes & slippers are in the master bedroom); bug repellant; wood for the firepit on the river is located under the tiki bar there along with lighters & bug repellant; the river beach has kayaks, paddleboards, a 2-seater water tricycle (that's quite the workout!), a gazebo with a tiki bar, firepit with Adirondack chairs, a comfy hammock (note: you have to walk thru a tunnel cut thru the sea oat trees to get to the gazebo, firepit, & hammock), & there's a long dock; the ocean beach has kayaks, paddleboards, & beach loungers; the garage is not for parking - it stores bicycles, waveboards, water shoes, life jackets, fishing poles & gear, coolers, beach games, ping pong table, metal detectors, workout equipment, & extra washer, dryer, frig, & icemaker; if it's too hot in the garage to play ping pong simply close the garage doors & turn on the air conditioner! Wow!!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024This home has absolutely everything you could possibly think of. All you need is a few bathingsuits and a pair of flip flops. The property manager is inceredibly helpful and runs this property like a well oiled machine. We played beacj games and snorkeled in the backyard during the day and crossed the street in the evenings to throw a pole in the water from the dock (where we caught snapper) in the fronnt yard. Sunset kayak trips to the sandbar in the evenings were spent digging up starfsh and sandollars. It was truly magical. We cooked big family dinners each night and sat together around the table set for 14. We will absolutely be back.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We had a family of 15 stay here for a week and this house was perfect for us. The views throughout the house are amazing! The location right on the beach and river cannot be beat, and having access to Marriott's pools and golf course are an added bonus. It is clean, comfortable, and as well-stocked of a rental house as I've ever stayed in. And the property manager is easily the most responsive and thorough that I've dealt with at a rental. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 30, 2024Everything was perfect, Al and his team were so accommodating. When they say they have everything they mean it and they even delivered some items that they didn’t have but brought my request in less than 15mins.. All of the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are so great(especially the multiple fridges, ice machines, 3 washers and dryers) was very appreciated with a large family, the gaming systems were awesome.. Basically there’s no way anyone would be bored staying in this place ? I will definitely be staying with BHIP from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed May 25, 2024We were very impressed with this property. We have stayed at a few beach houses in Florida over the past 20 years and this is the best we have seen. The property is as described! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Management must be fantastic to have such a beautiful property well-kept! We hope to get some time again soon and would be looking to come back.
