Downtown Beach Cottage - Heated Pool

It was a perfect home for our vacation. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and patio was awesome. The overall experience was great.

We stayed here back in February for President's weekend. This was one of the pricier 5 bedrooms so I was excited to have a nice house to stay at. While on the surface it was a very nice, there were a lot of issues that came to light upon our stay. The bed in the detached garage broke immediately upon sitting on it. When the bed broke we also noticed that the sheets had not been washed since the last guest. We used the beach chairs to go to the beach and there was a dirty red thong that fell out of one of them and dirty tissues stuffed in all the cup holders. The vents in the garage were filthy as well, so it probably was a good thing we couldn't sleep in there. I noticed that this property charges a much higher cleaning fee than the surrounding properties so I was very disappointed. We did not report this during the stay because we were only there for four days and we decided to just enjoy our time and report the issues when we left. We did not want them to come over during our short time there to throw the red thong and the tissues out and attempt to fix the bed. We made do without that bedroom (garage). I would research other houses before renting this one and if it is the last resort, it will do but it is definitely not worth the price. This is good for a young spring break or college group but I wouldn't recommend for a family with young kids.

Had old friends and new join in on a golf trip. Home was perfect for location and plenty of space for all. The pool was heated as advertised which one of the guys used regularly. Lucky it was because of the uncommon cold weather in Florida.Quiet, safe neighborhood that is just a five minute ride to downtown where there are restaurants, shopping and the riverfront

We stayed at the property. We were 8 adults and one child. Plenty of room beautiful yard and great parking. Exceptional

We had extended family so the bedroom situation worked well for us. The host responded quickly to our questions. The heated pool and outdoor area was a big hit with the younger crowd. Our only surprise was that the garage bedroom was detached with no bathroom.

We have 14 in our family, with children and adults. The house was centrally located with easy access to Hobe Sound, Stuart, and Jenson Beach. There were wonderful bedrooms and page common spaces inside and out for our family to spend time together. We loved it and and would definitely stay again!

We were a family of 11 including 6 adults and 5 children in Florida for the week to attend a wedding. The property was fantastic. The beds and linens were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the numerous large TVs when we had down time. Especially the young boys who took over the garage bedroom. The pool was full of debris from hurricane Milton the day after we arrived but the property manager had it cleaned the next day which was fantastic. They were easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely rent this property again.

This property was just what we wanted/needed it was PERFECT! Family flying in from all over the country all 14 of us stayed comfortably. We were minutes from downtown and loved walking the boardwalk and shopping. Just a quick 10 min drive had us at the beach and soaking up the sand and sun. The backyard oasis was our favorite location. We would all gather and laugh, swimming, visit and there was plenty of room for us to all be together. Highly recommend!
