Visiting family in Newport Beach Everything was great, however, dryer in downstairs unit takes a really long time to dry towels. Grest location, close to restaurants and PCH and airport Had a really nice vacation. Thank you

The house was the perfect size for our multi-family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, away from all the Newport traffic, but close enough to be at the beach in under 10 minutes. Multiple grocery stores to choose from nearby. Definitely recommend it for large groups.

It was all good besides we did see a lot of spiders. We saw at least 3 in each upstairs bedrooms

There were no surprises, the house appeared exactly as promised. Very clean, updated, and great neighborhood! Would definitely recommend.

Great location

The unit(s) are family friendly and the property has plenty of space for all! Beautiful neighborhood and a nice enclosed patio space with grill. Beach access is best by bike or car so it’s not an easy walk for young kids.

We loved this property's location (in a quiet neighborhood) and it's convenience to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. For our family group, having two kitchens was perfect! Overall, very spacious and accommodating. We had a great time!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. It had ample room and was very comfortable. Having two kitchens made it nice that we could spread out and all feel comfortable. It is much nicer and less expensive than staying at a nearby hotel. I would stay here again if in the area in the future. It was a great part of our trip.

This was a great rental for my family of 10. We had a great time at Newport and Huntington beaches which were just a short ride from this rental. The outdoors allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Great restaurants nearby. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation

We were really pleased with this rental. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. At first we were confused with there only being one cereal bowl, one cup, a few forks but realized that many items had been taken up to the second kitchen, leaving the downstairs kitchen sparse. We had great response when we had a power failure and the vacasa team was quick to address and inform us about causes and expectations and our concerns regarding the loud persistent beeping behind a locked door. Our only real issues were the lack of back up garbage bags and unable to find the remote to use the gas fireplace on cold mornings. We were also uncertain as to which parking places belonged to our rental. We absolutely would/ and will rent this location again in the future. Amazing house

My son was graduating from UCI and the whole family wanted to attend. We booked a week so that we could make a family vacation out of it. This property is listed as dog-friendly and it’s very true. Walkable neighborhoods, nearby parks. We spent time window shopping and had an “original” chocolate dipped banana on Balboa island, Dining at SOL on Newport drive, taking the grandkids to Pixar Fest. The guys had a Golf day, while the girls had a shopping day at South Coast. We took family photos on the beach at Crystal Cove, and we got one last chance to frequent our favorite Diamond Jamboree in Irvine! While everyday was an exhausting adventure we were happy to come home to our comfy beds in Newport. Thanks for providing this welcoming home away from home. We will be back!
