The location of this beach house was perfect- a short walk to Broadkill beach! Close drive to restaurants. The house had a lovely outdoor shower, plenty of deck space and fully stocked kitchen dishes, etc. We found the living space small for that many bedrooms, but we were on the beach, so was not a huge deal. The house was not too clean, but overall was a good spot for a quick getaway.

This was a family trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The house was great for family gatherings and meals. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. We definitely would consider coming back again! We had a great time!

Great location for beach access. Also Lewes, Milton, Rohobeth Beach and Milford. Big Oyster locations were great. Can't beat the Broadkill store.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Responded quickly to any questions or requests . The view of the sound and the bay are awesome from the house . It is a great spot for a large family . I would love it if it was cleaner ,especially the kitchen . I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice house in a quiet area and great location, with the Broadkill sound on one side and the beach nearby on the other. The public beach access was just across the street and a short walk in to the sand and water!

Don't know when the pictures of the property were taken, however we found them to be misleading and not accurate representation of reality. The tile floors are in rough shape. The refrigerator, vent hood, and cabinet are in desperate need of replacement. There was a noticable odor in the house all week. The dust on vent grate in living room under the TV was gross. I didn't think I should be responsible to move the TV to get to it to clean it. I cleaned the first day we were there, and I cleaned b4 we left. I am glad my kids weren't able to come down because I would have been embarrassed by the cleanliness of the place. We don't believe our experience was a good value for the weekly rental asking price. The only thing this place has going for it is the proximity to the beach the sunrise and sunset views.

Had a great family week with lots of room to spread out. Wish the jellyfish weren't so thick, after a couple of stings we had to drive to Lewes or Rehobeth to get in the water. Very well equipped kitchen, but could use a deep clean and some TLC. Excellent host, quick to respond and very helpful.

House needs a good cleaning. Cobwebs all over the house. Black mold in the downstairs bathroom. Fan provided in ground floor room, was full of dust, we could not use the fan. The ceiling fan by the stove stopped working. The heat shields on the barbecue were so rusty, they collapsed on the heating elements. Would not use it! It was fun to have my family here, but it left a lot to be desired

The house was perfect. It had all of the essentials needed for a great vacation. Great location, a short walk to the beach, the dock was great for crabbing. The back decks were perfect to watch the sunset. We very much enjoyed our stay.
