Desirable Newport Beach Location with view

Great location. Comfortable, had everything we needed. And the beds were good!

Amazing property! We have stayed 2 years in a row now and couldnt be happier. Plenty of room for our family of 6, very nice and clean home with everything we wanted, 2 bathrooms with showers, washer and dryer, lots of pots/pans/spices, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys with a wagon to bring to the beach. Perfect location, right around the corner from the beach. We walked everywhere, tons of good restaraunts, stores, bike rentals, ect. Loved the fenced in private patio too. Terry is wonderful, great communication.

Location was great and. so was host. Area is very noisy and needed windows open for cool air. Made sleeping difficult.

This was the perfect beach house in the perfect location! Our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) stayed for 10 days in August. We loved the house! Plenty of room for all of us, and the beach decorations all throughout are really cute. The house had everything: lots of cooking pots/pans, a variety of spices, washer/dryer, beach towels, board games, a variety of books, and having two showers after swimming all day was really nice. We really liked the wagon with the beach umbrellas/chairs/coolers/boogie boards/sand toys. We took it to the beach every day. Loved that the house is just around the corner from the sand, and that the beach is not too crowded where the house is (like it is closer to the pier). It really is the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. We also really loved the private patio. Terry is great! Perfect host, communication before and during the trip was great. 10 stars!!

This was the perfect house for our family and the location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun little place with plenty of room. We loved that it was stocked with beach supplies and was right off the beach. A great get away, and not too far for a day at Disneyland.

Amazing location. A few items like the kitchens and bathrooms look nicely remodeled. A bit cramped downstairs, but not terrible. VRBO said it had a spa, but it does not. Garage has 9 nice folding beach chairs, 6 camping chairs, a large wooden wagon, 3 boogie boards, a bucket of kids beach toys, and many different sports balls (including football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, tennis balls, several jai lai paddles, bike/ball pump with no needle, folding tables, a few beach umbrellas, and some other stuff we didn't use). Really wish they would allow us to use the bikes, but they're off-limits. A shovel in the garage would've been nice. Really picked this placed for the location, and was happy.

We had a fantastic vacation in Newport/Balboa, CA. We appreciated that the house was literally around the corner from the beach/sand on one side and the Marina across the street. Once we got there, we only drove where we wanted to. It would have been nice to have been able to use the bikes sitting in the garage and we chose to pay for ski doos over bikes; we walked everywhere else. The house had everything that we needed except for a dishwasher. Thank you!

Great location, short walk to the beach and pier. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and there are lots of beds and a good amount of seating in the living area, although it’s very small. Nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, could use some updating and a good deep clean but over all a good stay
