This home was perfect for our family of four with two young kids and truly exceeded our expectations. The house and property are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and extremely well cared for. It had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home.The grounds are beautiful and lush, like a little jungle oasis. Our kids especially loved the pool, the rooftop hammock, and watching the iguanas around the property. It was very quiet, peaceful, and we always felt safe.Fabrizio was such a welcoming and gracious host. He was always available to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations, which made our stay even better.We also loved the onsite bakery, such a convenient and delightful perk. The location is fantastic. We could easily walk to Yal-Ku, nearby restaurants, some shops, and public beach access (for exploring not swiming), and Akumal Beach and town is about a 30-minute walk. Having a rental car made this an excellent home base for exploring Tulum and the surrounding surrounding area.We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to come back and stay again. We are already talking about our next visit!

Absolutely great accommodation and lovely owners! The apartment was even better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. As a bonus, they also have a bakery where you can get amazing sourdough bread, bagels, focaccia, and cinnamon buns. Highly recommended!

This place is the best! We rented a two bedroom condo. It had everything we needed. Solid air conditioning throughout. Balconies off of both the bedrooms with hammocks. Full kitchen with regular and espresso brewers, microwaveFull laundry services (wash, dry and fold) for 5 USD.

Immaculately clean!!!!! I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The pool is cool and refreshing (and very clean). The grounds are kept in prestine condition with many areas to relax (think hammocks, outdoor tables with chairs, cushions). The owners are gracious and are there to answer questions yet, quietly out of the way if you want to be alone. The roof top observation area is a great place to look at the stars at night. There is a newer restaurant very close by that we enjoyed very much. Safe area. Very close to the lagoon for snorkeling. Can't wait to go back!!!!
