Cozy Cottage by the Beach...Steps to the Sand

Perfect location. Right by the beach perfect walking distance! The host was great she called and texted let me know everything I needed to know. Easiest check in and out!! Nice to be able to park your car in a garage. House was clean, very nice and we had everything we needed! Would definitely go back. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay here in Newport. The house was perfect for our needs and the owners were very accommodating. It’s so nice that it is pet friendly and they don’t charge a bunch of fees to bring your pets. This place offers a great location close to the beach. I would Definitely recommend booking this cute cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sand, water, and everything the area has to offer. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The hosts were excellent communicators and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. They provided clear instructions for check-in, parking, and the house itself, which made arrival and settling in very easy.Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place close to the beach in Newport.

The home was beautiful and clean, and contained everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive and worked with us well to ensure a smooth check in despite a delayed flight and later check in than anticipated.

Close to the beach, quick walk just a block down the road. The main road didn’t bother us at all noise wise. Cute little place just as the pictures show. The garage is great, so nice to have a place to park since when we were there it was very hard to find a street spot. No issues. Had a wonderful time.

The property was nicely outfitted with all the conveniences needed. Close to beach, boardwalk, stores and restaurants. A great place for family vacations.

Pet friend property one block from the beach. Loved being able to sit on the outside patio for meals. Excellent location and hosts were great with follow ups when we had questions.

Updated and cozy two bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. Location on the main drag could be busy and noisy. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Excellent location, and the house was perfect for our needs.

We visited Disneyland our first day in town so we did not get to the property until well after dark. However the check-in instructions provided by the host allowed us to access the property quickly and easily regardless of the late hour The location is only a 3 minute walk to the beach so we spent much of our time there using the beach chairs, towels and toys available at the property. The cottage is located close to a grocery and restaurants which made meals easy to manage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the open communications with our host.

This was such a cute place to stay, the listing pictures don’t do the house justice. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was also very kid friendly. The house is close to the beach, our 6 year old and 2 year old twins had no problem walking by themselves there and back, so we didn’t need to carry them or bring the stroller. Alex and Mark are lovely and easy to communicate with.

Overall, we had a good stay at this rental. The hosts were responsive, and the location could not be beat -just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The unit itself was nice, especially the newly renovated kitchen, bath, and living room. The shower had amazing water pressure, which was a nice bonus.However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The beach gear and bikes were difficult to access and in unusable condition, which was disappointing as we had specifically rented the unit for these amenities and were not able to take advantage of them. Additionally, the washing machine was not functioning properly, causing additional frustration for us. We were told that the cleaning service used the washer before/after our stay with no problems so it would have been helpful to have some guidance to deal with the issue that prevented us from being able to run a load of wash despite repeated attempts over several hours. The Samsung washer kept returning an error 4C which indicates a problem with the water supply. We could not find a way to get past this error. Although the host offered to reimburse us for a laundromat, it was too late for us to use this option. It was these extras (bikes, beach gear, washer/dryer) that led us to select this unit over others in the area, so it is disappointing that all were not usable.With a few updates to the amenities, the rental would be perfect. We appreciated the early check-in opportunity too.

We had an amazing girl's trip! The location can't be beat, just a block from the beach. Three of us fit comfortably (there are bunk beds in one room so it would fit a family with kids well), the kitchen and bathroom are beautifully updated, there's are several nice outdoor seating areas, and garage parking. Communication was great with the owners and check in was simple. Would love to stay again!

This cute cottage was perfect for my stay. Just a block from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The home is quaint and clean with garage parking. Will return to stay at this cottage.

We had a fabulous time, the home is super cute. Very nice kitchen and the overall decor and comfort was perfect. This house was so close to the beach. (1 block, so easy) The beach was a perfect spot for hanging. Watched the surfers for hours. definitely visit again.

Very walkable to the beach, grocery, boardwalk, and restaurants. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and lots of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Nice to have access to a garage and washer/dryer. Lots of fans to use which is helpful as there isn’t a/c. All windows having screens and a patio door screen would be nice. There was a minor plumbing issue and the owner responded to quickly to resolve it. Location felt safe. Parked on the street most of the time and it was never an issue to find a spot (it’s in a non metered area). Owner is responsive and communicates well. I highly recommend this unit!
