Stayed Jul 7, 2024The house provided plenty of space, linens, comfortable beds, and kitchen supplies. However, we believe more attention should have been given to the overall condition of the house before the new owners put it into the rental pool (to capture rental income during the 2024 Coppertown/Dreams Park season). We experienced plumbing problems; the AC unit not working, and a few other minor yet annoying issues with the house. Though Josh was quick to respond to all our concerns, having two maintenance workers in the house for the better part of two of the five (full) days we were in the house was intrusive. The house itself is located close to Dreams Park and offers enjoyable lawn space: a firepit, seating, and a maintained pool. We were not sure of the source of the dairy/cow/pasture odor that was present, yet the abundance of house flies suggests somewhere nearby. This leads to the importance of having all window screens intact and the lack of seals around the doors and windows addressed. Though it is important to note the house is on Septic, noting the cost is not necessary and rude. If you want the guests to take out the trash and the recycling, it would be wise to have both a trash and recycling container in each kitchen. Then post a notice specific to which outdoor container/dumpster is for what. When we arrived previous guests had used the smaller outdoor bin for trash, not just recycling. (we couldn't reach the bottom to pull out the bag of trash). Hope this helps

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was spacious and clean and made lodging easy and more affordable for four families staying for Cooperstown. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook and host all meals. We were able to bond with our baseball families and made great memories that will last a lifetime. The owner was INCREDIBLE! Advised us on restaurants and things to do in the area and around the SYR airport. He was super helpful when we reached out with any questions. Was always available for a text or phone call! We could have not had a more enjoyable stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a large group coming for Cooperstown dreams park, six families with 1 set of grandparents and Country Meadow was perfect! With the exception of the shared jack and Jill bathroom in the main house, everyone was able to have their own restroom and queen size bed. We had siblings that stayed in the twin room with trundle bed, and the sitting room off of the larger bedroom with futon was shared by another set of siblings so everyone had their own space which made it perfect for everyone to enjoy their stay. The large dining table was great for eating and sitting around in the evening. There are two fridges which help accommodate drinks in one and food in the other. The kids loved the pool and patio when the weather allowed. The owner/property manager we’re very communicative and helpful all throughout our stay. our group was absolutely thrilled with the closeness to the field and everything else in the area. We got to enjoy the town without having to drive a long distance. The family with grandparents that stayed in the apartment loved it! While they all shared a bathroom which they did not mind at all and loved having their own space to cook and relax but also spend were able to spend time with the rest of the families in our group.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms for our group, big kitchen and dining room for all of us. The kids had a blast in the pool and the adults enjoyed hanging out on the patio. The proximity to Cooperstown Dreams was so convenient and easy to get back and forth. We will be staying here again when we come back in a few years!!
