Coconut Beach House, Private Pool Home

your home we rented was far from what I call clean- the floors were very dirty and stickyI dropped something under the bed and was disgusted how dirty under the bed wasI picked 3 fleas off my grandson not sure if you allow pets but you need to fumigate that place Not sure why you charge to heat a pool when it’s advertised as an amenity that put a sour taste in my mouth- we had cold weather so we didn’t need the pool but it seems like it should be included as well as the gas grill who wants to pay money to fill a propane tank and not use it allIt was nice yo have beach toys available I’ll give you that much

Yhe house accommodated my older parents, sister, two boys, and their girlfriends. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. The diningroom was perfect for evening meals. We enjoyed the private pool and the heater kept the chill off the water. The kids (all 22 and over) though the walk to restaurants and shops was not far. The 8 minute walk to the beach was really only 5 minutes. The neighbors on thr street were kind and helpful when my dad asked questions about the neighborhood. Communication was superb! Before I even left to fly down I was notified of the code to enter and some quick reminders. We had a wonderful time! I will absolutely book from Beach Time Rentals again!

Kitchen had supplies to cook daily. Just bring your food and spices and you’re good to go! Pool was nice (does have a heater for cooler months). The only possible downside side is both bathrooms are shared. Master bath comes out to the hallway. And two bedrooms are Jack & Jill style sharing the bathroom. We have 4 daughters, so it worked out fine. The house sits 4 blocks from the ocean. We ended up renting a golf cart to go to beach and just back and forth into Clearwater. That was worth the money for our family. Property manager was very responsive in requests and accommodating.

My family had a great vacation at the beach house. It was not beach front but close enough to walk in about 10 minutes and my family loved to pool in the back yard.

Just blocks from the beach, it’s a fantastic location. The pool is nice enough. The house could use some updates but since the cost was less this can be overlooked

Coconut Beach House was a great property had clean linens, clean sheets, towels, all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The property was well-maintained. Convenient location I would recommend it.

The house served its purpose. We were in and out to the beach and other activities. Ample room for 9.

An hour before we were to check into the house I recieved a call that the laundry room flooded and they cancelled our stay. They said they just rented out the other property and nothing they could do. We were already on Clearwater beach at the aquarium waiting for check in. Luckily we were able to obtain a double room suit at a hotel on the island. It had only rained for an hour while we were at the Aquarium, they said the roof leaked and flooded the laundry during that hour rain. If that is indeed the case it sounds like they need to do maintenance and inspect before renting it out. Very disappointing and could have completely ruined the vacation.
