The house was not cleaned before we checked in and the listing did not advise in advance that linens needed to be rented

We absolutely loved staying with our family of 4. It was just the right size and the perfect location to our favorite beach for playing and fishing (seagull beach). This was our first ever family vacation and sad to admit me and my husband’s first vacation. It was perfect. Everything you need is close by, which is what we were hoping for. We look forward to coming back annually to make ever lasting memories! Wr left a piece of us in cape cod ?

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this property. Location is great with private yard, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood easy access to many activities and restaurants.

The property was clean, in a great location, and very comfortable. I agree with other reviews that the checkout time is much too early, but we loved everything else about the house! Thanks for letting us stay.

The location is great as it’s about 1 1/2 miles from Seagull Beach and convenient to 28. House has plenty of room and there is a sizable backyard. Kitchen is fine. The bathrooms are in need of a makeover. Quest bathroom has a shower/ tub that does not drain well. The homeowner has a “maintenance man” named Moe... avoid dealing with him as he is a super grouchy man and is not at all helpful. He showed up as the washing machine was broken upon our arrival. He was rude and inconsiderate! The property management company was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not that we enjoyed spending our vacation time dealing with issues but at least both Cathleen and Matt stepped up to help us. Homeowner should strongly consider another handy man.We would definitely consider returning if bathrooms are redone. House needs some maintenance.

Beaches are close, walk to ice cream and some shopping. You feel you are in a residential neighborhood and not a bunch of rental cottages. But I have to say that the house needs some tlc. New beds would be great, some painting outside and in, would be great to have clean windows, we had a plumbing problem that took three visits to fix by the maintenance guy. All in all we had a great time and plan to return next year maybe for two weeks.
