Clearwater Calling in North Clearwater Beach

This place was great for our family stay in Clearwater. It was close to downtown and the beach and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay !

Everything about this property was great! Home looks exactly like pictures. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes to beach (walking). Beach area is SUPER quiet which is the best part! Huge beach wagon with a few sand toys was very convenient & nice. Foosball table was super fun for teenage boys. Pool was great. Kitchen and bedrooms were great!! Master bed was comfy, other room beds were OK and pull out couch bed was surprisingly decent!! It was nice to have a washer and dryer onsite. Driving distance to pier area is about 5 mins, very convenient. You do have to pay for parking which is not bad. My husband and I walked to Starbucks every morning which took about 30 mins one way (if you like to walk). Communication with owner was on POINT!! When I first booked, they'd respond to emails within 30 mins or less. Once you arrive, they are available via text 24 hours. I had a few questions and they responded within minutes!! Only downfall for our family personally, was AC could not go below 72 degrees. Maybe you are OK sleeping at night with a bit humid weather. I did ask to turn lower, and they said no. Mabe having an option for lower AC for an additional price like keeping the pool heated during certain months?Recommendations: pizza stone, pizza cutter, more hangers for closet, few extra blankets (Very minor).We will absolutely be booking this property or another one of this property owner next year!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and gorgeous. Only a couple blocks from the beach takes a little over a day to heat the pool fully, but was pretty nice after that. Beach Time Rentals is very responsive and attentive to issues which they really wasn’t any.

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful house! Perfect for a family with kids. It is located very close to the beach! It also had a wagon for the kids to take them there. The beach is also peaceful and quiet as well as the neighborhood surrounding it! Our kids loved the pool. Water was always warm and it has beautiful palm trees to enjoy. Very clean and welcoming home ! Location wise it is also pretty close drive to the city where all the restaurants are. Would come back here again for sure!

We loved our trip. It was a very cute house. We liked it was in a quiet location that was close to the beach and the bay, and just a quick drive to the pier and all the restaurants and night action. It’s a big plus it had a private pool and the game table was fun, way better for families than a pool table or something else. Everything was nice and clean; the beds could have been better quality, maybe invest in new spare bath towels and the single AC wasn’t able to keep up with the extremely summer heat but we would stay here again. We really appreciated they gave us laundry detergent, soap/shampoo etc., paper towels, beach towels, a few beach toys and stuff like that which some places don’t at all and are so stingy so that was really nice. They also didn’t have a huge check out list which can be so annoying, I never mind running a load of towels etc. especially if asked nicely before leaving but some places get so extra with their checkout instructions. So overall a great stay.

Wasn’t bad but property needs work sliding door hard to open and shut handle is broke no cover over pool so always dirty but Clearwater was amazing

i was a little nervous to rent a house that didn't have any reviews yet but i looked up beach time rentals and they were a legit company so i rented and am so glad i did. the house was awesome. everything is brand new. the pool was large and we used it everyday. the beach is within walking distance for most people. there is a place to lock bikes up at the beach access. the beach on this end was so nice. hardly any other people there. Beach time rentals was so easy to work with. would definitely rent from them again.
