Nice quiet neighborhood

This home is very cozy. The spacious kitchen and all the seating was great. Thank you for having bodywash and shampoo in the showers. We enjoyed our time in Newport Beach and Blue Skies home.

Great location. Beautiful walks with the dog and love the large park overlooking at the sea. 5 minutes away from the beach. We had beautiful Neighbords.

This home is small, but beautifully remodeled and very clean. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to sleep, with our youngest daughter on an air mattress. Beds are comfortable. Hand soap, detergent, and dish soap were supplied. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Kitchen, living room, bedrooms all nice for our stay. The home has great location, easy to get around. Grocery shopping and restaurants located nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice stay in this property. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood located close to lots of dining and nightlife and a quick drive to the beach. There are parks within walking distance which was nice to take the kids and walk the dog. There were a few things that would have made our stay a little better however. Cooking was challenging, there are no ziplocks, Tupperware,suran wrap or tinfoil so if you plan on keeping any leftovers make sure you go to the store firsf, there weren’t much in the way of serving bowls or things to cook with so again take inventory if you want to cook a big meal. The house is also very creaky with thin walls so you can hear a pin drop in the house. The floors are also sooo dirty. I vacuumed constantly but our feet were always black. The vacuum was old and cracked and ended falling apart during our stay, there were some broken blinds, loose door handles on cabinets in the kitchen, the couch is worn, and the bed was creaky and so uncomfortable and the neighbor knocked down the wall between our homes during our stay which just made it feel kind of run down and would not make us want to stay again. The property management company is pretty responsive which is great.

This was the perfect house for us and our 2 college-age children. Walkable neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach.

This property is in a great location. It is only a few minutes away from the beach, Lido Village and Balboa Peninsula. You have easy access to a lot of good restaurants either in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach. The place is very clean and spacious. Check in and check out procedures are very effecient. Guest Services is always available to provide assistance if needed. Our stay is this property was truly enjoyable.

We enjoyed staying at this home. Modern and fresh in a great, quiet neighborhood. Enough space for our family of 7 and very tidy. We found ourselves asking the host for quite a few things (where the extra trash bags were in an odd place and you have to engage the hot water on a dial in the hallway. Just small things though) The air conditioning is extremely loud but we were all so tired each day that it didn’t keep us awake at night. If you need beach or other local recommendations, ask Erin next door to the south. She was so kind and awesome.

We immediately asked to be relocated. The relocation team put us in a rental that was illegally rented. Hoa does not allow short term renting. The owner showed up and was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge the relocation team displayed in this nightmare of a rebooking. We requested a full refund and r still waiting for reimbursement.

Great house for cooking and enjoying family

Clean, comfortable and convenient, the house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our five night stay. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and close grocery stores.

Lovely place in an interesting neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fun place to walk the dog. Modern TVs. Nice place to come home to after visiting family nearby. Quiet and comfortable.
