Stayed Dec 19, 2024We stayed here for 8 days and it was totally enjoyable. The place is very clean and close to the main drag on Balboa the Christmas boat parade was a real plus. The owner was great to work with. I would suggest this place to people you want to relax and have a good time, if your bring children it’s perfect as you and they can enjoy the beach and sand. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Bruce

Stayed Nov 24, 2024My family of four had a fantastic time at this beach house on Balboa Island! The house and kitchen were well stocked, and it was very clean on arrival. It was great having two bathrooms, even if one is a bit small (it's a beach house so exactly what we expected!). The location is perfect - close to the main street area and easy to walk the entire island. The host was fantastic - very quick to respond and incredibly nice. We hope to book this house again for future trips!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023First time we used VRBO. We were a little apprehensive. Would it be as advertised? My wife and I were most concerned about cleanliness. We loved it and are currently planning next years longer stay. Location awesome!!!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023This house is very clean and has all the essentials. The renter is easy to get ahold of and helpful. Everything is close in Balboa but this is only a block off the main drag, which made walking around in the evening a breeze. Highly Recommended!!!
